    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Engages in proactive customer service, ensuring information is accessible and responsive to client needs.
    • Persistently pursues sales goals, overcoming challenges and adapting to market fluctuations.
    • Demonstrates products/services, tailoring presentations to client requirements and management directives.
    • Coordinates and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.
    • Conducts in-depth product research and share knowledge with team members, enhancing collective expertise.
    • Develops strategies to penetrate new market segments, analyzing customer profiles and needs.
    • Formulates customer retention plans, leveraging warranties or guarantees where applicable.
    • Analyzes target market and competition, crafting strategic engagement plans.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND holder in Business or a related field. Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    Digital Marketing Officer

    Job Description

    • The Digital Marketing Officer manages the marketing efforts of a group of real estate agents to improve their online presence in search results.
    • He/She creates digital marketing content, writes copy for web and social media, and interprets online marketing analytics.
    • Advances the Digital Marketing Officer community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing
    • Streamlines company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
    • Responsible for the effective and professional handling of all customer interactions via outgoing sales call to offer products at regular and special prices to increase sales volume Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
    • Involves expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales. Markets presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
    • Manages website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
    • Updates knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in Business or a related field. Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar role.
    • Must have 2-7 years experience
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Operation Manager

    Duties

    • Stays updated on local regulations and compliance requirements Ensures properties adhere to legal and safety standards.
    • Coordinates property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
    • Oversees property inspections and ensures adherence to quality standards. Supervises guest check-in/check -out procedures
    • Collaborates with customer service teams to enhance guests' experience. Establishes and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers Negotiates contracts and service agreements to ensure cost- effectiveness.
    • Monitors vendor performance and compliance
    • Manages inventory of rental properties and related supplies. Coordinates procurement and ensure adequate stock levels. Implements inventory tracking systems for efficiency Collaborates with finance team on reporting and analysis.s
    • Monitors sites work, addressing concerns promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
    • Possesses excellent knowledge of the products/services we offer, providing detailed information to clients and realtors.
    • Collaborates with the sales team to stay informed about new offerings and updates. Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND holder in Business or a related field. Proven experience in real estate operations or a similar role.
    • 2+ years relevant work experience.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
