    Sales and Marketing Associate

    Job Summary

    • As a sales and marketing associate, you will be responsible for generating sales orders, handling delivery logistics, maintaining after-sales communication with customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • You will also be responsible for introducing any new line of products to the customers, including the features and functions.
    • The ideal candidate for this role must be able to provide excellent customer service, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate sales orders through effective communication with assigned customers.
    • Manage the logistics of deliveries, ensuring products reach customers on time and in goodcondition.
    • Maintain excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any after-sale issues.
    • Proactively introduce new product lines to customers, highlighting features, functions, andbenefits.
    • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
    • Participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

    Key Requirements

    • BSc in business administration/marketing or any other related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in sales or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Bancassurance Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Bancassurance Executives act as the Company’s representatives in identifying business opportunities (Sales of Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches closest to their homes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with Branch employees and customers.
    • Solicit new clients, and grow prospective/existing clientele.
    • Handles activities that involve reporting, planning, and administration.
    • Conducts market analysis activities, including branch/clientprofiling and competitor product surveys.
    • Attends the District/Region’s monthly/quarterly meetings.

    Key Requirements:
    Experience/Qualification:

    • First-degree or equivalent education
    • Minimum 2 years post NYSC work experience with at least 1 year experience inInsurance Sales.
