    Sales Executive

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire their business.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
    • Promptly report any customer complaints or grievances conveyed to you.
    • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or accounts.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
    • Present and demonstrate our product offerings to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing materials.

    Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
    • Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits.
    • Train and educate customers on product offerings, including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and competitive offerings.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings, sales training sessions, and company events

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND/OND in relevant fields with 2- 7 years work experience.
    • Experience in Sales of Snacks and Confectionaries is an added advantage.

    Retail Supervisor

    Description

    • As a Retail Supervisor at Estakem Ventures, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations.
    • Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer service, efficient store operations, and maximize sales and profitability.
    • You will also supervise a team of retail canvassers providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth delivery.

    Responsibilities
    Your responsibilities will also include:
    Stock Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure that the vans and carriages are clean, well-organized, and stocked with an appropriate inventory of snacks and related products.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and sales techniques.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high levels of customer service.

    Customer Service:

    • Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, emphasizing product knowledge, upselling techniques, and building customer loyalty.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Drive sales and achieve targets by analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize store profitability.
    • Develop and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and strategies to increase customer traffic and average transaction value.
    • Monitor and control expensesand inventory shrinkage, to meet or exceed sales and budgeted financial objectives.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HND/OND in relevant fields with 2- 7years work experience.
    • Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is a pre-requisite.
