    Account and Admin Manager

    Job Description

    My client is a globally leading technology company that enables SMEs, multinationals, creative agencies, research companies, and NGOs to push brand messages and pull consumer insights from trusted influencers shaping the trends that drive African commerce. Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya with teams in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and across Europe.

     Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a Accounts and Admin Manager (Hybrid)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

    • Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems ensuring easy retrieval of all documentation
    • Coordinate maintenance of the office facilities and office equipment
    • Provide support for the purchase and distribution of tools of work for all employees
    • Company asset tracking including overseeing renewal of general insurance for office assets and maintenance of the company asset register

    Planning and Coordination

    • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, office events, workshops and other relevant events
    • Work with the relevant teams to ensure updating of company compliance
    • Give onboarding and offboarding support to all new hires and leavers

    Accounts Management

    • Assist management in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and accounting activities including documentation and reconciliations
    • Support in keeping organized financial records ranging from petty cash records, bank records and card statements
    • Support in budget preparation by analyzing company data against budget suggestions
    • Process quotations and invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed as well as pursuing customer payments
    • Oversee customer accounts reconciliation and preparation of customer statements
    • Suggesting improvements in finance through accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs by working closely with the various departments
    • Keep stock of office supplies and assist them in the procurement of office supplies when necessary
    • Manage on-boarding to suppliers, partner to ensure that this meets the company policies
    • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
    • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
    • Audit financial transactions and documents and report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
    • Comply with financial policies and regulations

    JOB REQUIREMENT.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
    • 4 years’ experience in an administrative and or an Accountant role in a fast-growing organization
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Superior organizational skills, including task and time management, problem-solving capacity, strong attention to detail and flexibility to change
    • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
    • Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in all Microsoft office applications, advanced MS Excel skills and Google suite applications
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the generally accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and experience with general ledger functions
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

    Influencer Acquisition and Campaign Executive

Headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya with teams in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and across Europe.

    Due to expansion, they are currently in need of a Influencer Acquisition and Campaign manager – Hybrid

    JOB DESCRIPTION;

    • Develop and/or implement acquisition strategies put in place for the different communities and demographics to meet set KPIs.
    • Continuously keep abreast of all client leads in the pipeline and analyze brand needs assessment to identify key required communities and implement acquisition to meet the demand
    • Work with the marketing department to brainstorm areas of collaboration and support and work collectively on tactics across performance, awareness, and retention funnels to meet our supply targets.
    • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer acquisition and grouping
    • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
    • Lead workshops and other strategic planning sessions

    Influencer Training

    • Provide product, campaign and other support inquiries on needs basis either through the phone, webinars
    • Ensure live training schedule and any other relevant training comms and materials have been shared with all influencers
    • Ensure all underperforming influencers at the point of verification are pulled out of campaigns and re-trained
    • Support marketing research for the development of strategic recommendations
    • Find solutions to constantly automate the training processes.
    • Campaign Execution & Reporting
    • Manage campaign fulfillment from running campaigns on the platform, providing progress reports and
    • Anticipate and plan for 100% budget fulfillment within the set campaign duration
    • Lead campaign review sessions/immersions before and during the campaign period with the business development team
    • Ensure campaigns are run in accordance with the client schedule and plan for any realignment
    • Ensure the report data sheet is filled by the verification team and data is available for the business development team to create client reports.

    JOB REQUIREMENT.

    • Professional communication skills: Including phone and in writing, whether through e-mail,
    • 1-4 years experience with campaign experience.
    • Minimum of Bsc Qualification
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Hyper-organized and capable of juggling all of the data associated with projects and task-tracking
    • Ability to project plan and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects

    Senior Business Development Manager

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

    The Senior Business Development Manager role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your relationship management and sales skills. Your focus will be driving our brand narrative across multiple channels, generating newsworthy content for media outlets and interesting content for our influencers to interact with.

    • Lead the company client acquisition and account management by developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and decision-makers
    • Driving brand stories, events and content that gets into consumers conversation; full accountability for and responsible for holding brands to account that their stories are newsworthy, interesting to influencers and drive consumer engagement, shareability & talkability
    • create winning strategies and PR worthy ideas, inspire cross-functional teams to deliver    breakthrough content and inspire a culture where brilliant execution is a convention.
    • Working with brand teams to identify a genuine authentic truth within the brand idea that will carry across media and consumer conversations, genuinely rooted in consumer connections and cultural tensions
    • Build direct and ongoing influencer relationships which enable our brands to land better in culture, gain credibility and achieve incremental reach through advocacy, ensuring a solid presence in the field of arts, music, sports etc. for our representation in modern culture and trends.
    • Ensure our brands are visible, and our stories are amplified internally in Diageo and externally to stakeholders.
    • Manage inbound and outbound pipeline by clearly communicating the value of brands and the company’s capabilities to prospects
    • Work with internal stakeholders to smoothly onboard new clients
    • Managing the account/s professionally, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, forecast and track key account metrics.
    • Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our shipper partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
    • Own additional personalized reporting for managed accounts ongoing and completed campaigns
    • Deliver confidence in being able to build brilliant partnerships with internal teams to leverage learnings and thought leadership including Reserve PR team, Media, Planning etc

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or similar functions
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced tech or start-up environment
    • Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections to gain commitment from your clients
    • The ability to use a CRM system and work with a weighted approach to pipeline management
    • A positive, self-starter attitude and determined drive to win
    • Ability to stay organized, and pay attention to detail, with strong time management and analytical skills
    • Discipline and Focus - self-motivation, dedication, and determination to reach out and foster new engagements and relationships
    • Strong Writing Skills - write effective and eye-catching emails to prospective customers
