    Consumer Insights Researcher

    As a Consumer Insights Researcher you will report to Head of Consumer Insights, Project Team, and the CEO and your main responsibilities will include:

    • Identify, prioritize, and lead research roadmaps that generate insights to inform product / services strategies across the company.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Data Science, Marketing, and Brand to develop internal qualitative and quantitative best practices.
    • Define, design, execute a range of research studies that build a strong understanding of existing and future audiences and their experiences around the world.
    • Identify best practices in existing and emerging research methodologies.
    • Execute all technical aspects of quantitative, qualitative and research initiatives related to content, including questionnaire development, survey programming, analytical planning, and data analysis.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in consumer insights, B2B market research or related fields. Sensory analysis experience is a plus.
    • An understanding of research methods strengths and weaknesses and experience planning and conducting mid-to-large scale research projects across various product phases.
    • Experience with mixed methods - both qualitative and quantitative - with a focus on more strategic research.
    • Strong SPSS and Excel skills.
    • Ability to concisely and persuasively communicate research findings.
    • Moderation/facilitation experience is a plus.
    • Advanced English.

    Focus Group Moderator

    Responsibilities: 

    • Conduct online-in depth interviews.
    • Moderate one on one meetings or focus groups via Zoom, in each country’s local language.
    • Collaborate with the Insights team to define meeting procedures and refine discussion guides.
    • Coordinate with the Operations team on scheduling sessions.
    • Lead interviews and manage time efficiently.
    • Make improvements/corrections according to client or stakeholder’s feedback.
    • Encourage participants to share their honest thoughts and opinions.
    • Collect and summarize the information discussed in the sessions in a reporting format.

    Requirements:

    • Experience moderating in-depth interviews and focus groups on a digital setting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent command of English language (verbal & written).
    • Native command of local language (verbal & written).
    • Experience summarizing interview sessions with a fast turnaround time.
    • Be able to coordinate projects with teams located in different time zones, mainly European time zones.
