    Inside Sales Rep / Telesales Rep

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide effective account management to selected Accounts, maximizing revenues, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Support other internal teams to achieve growth & retention targets.
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

    Requirement:

    • OND/HND/BA/BS degree or equivalent advantage.
    • 0 - 3 years sales management experience.
    • Proven inside sales experience.
    • Track record of over-achieving target.
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
    • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong listening and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Experience of developing relationships internally and externally.

    Customer Retention Associate

     

    Description:

    • Reaching out to customers before their respective renewal dates to notify them of the renewal.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate company revenue. Also upsell products and services to existing clients to increase sales and improve the profit margin.
    • Build excellent knowledge of D&B products and services and advise customers appropriately.
    • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant degree.
    • 2 - 6 years Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Telemarketing experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals as best as possible.
    • Experience working in a target driven environment.
    • Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing these tactics

    Customer Service Executive

     

    Job Description:

    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries (through telephone calls and emails), handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolution in a timely manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Qualify and build prospects database for Sales team.
    • Present ideas and recommendations for improving customer care and experience.
    • Prepare and send reports on assigned accounts weekly.
