Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of the Award within the region.
• Manage and support a team of staff and volunteers to ensure the effective delivery of the program.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote and expand the Access, Reach and Impact of the Award.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, non-profit management) Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across various states in the region.

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and vision.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or HND in communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Proven experience in operations management and communications, preferably in a non-profit or youth development organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
