    Senior Human Resource Consultant

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree in any related field.
    • HR/Project Management Certification or MBA is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10-12 years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, preferably in a consulting organization.
    • HR leadership experience.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on strategic HR initiatives, talent development and management, and organizational development.
    • Collaborate with clients to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on employment practices necessary to ensure organizational compliance in all areas of employment laws.
    • Provide exceptional service, best practice guidance, and support to R&A’s internal consultants, external clients, and partners.
    • Design and develop customized talent management solutions for organizations including, but not limited to; performance management, compensation/total rewards planning, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition/retention, rewards/recognition, employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, strategic planning, and human capital/talent management technology systems implementation.
    • Lead Organizational Development projects related to culture, skills assessment, career management, and other HR initiatives, in alignment with client strategic goals.
    • Lead initiatives that drive enhanced delivery and successful execution in all business units of the organization based on work exigencies per time.
    • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and project manager, leading sub-project teams and providing guidance on project execution and delivery.
    • Support business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities with current clients and cultivating successful client relationships through proactive engagement and relationship management.
    • Develop comprehensive proposals outlining solutions, methodologies, and deliverables, aligning with client objectives and budget.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and the delivery of high-quality HR consulting services.

    Human Resource Consultant

    Job Requirements

    • First Degree in any related field.

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, preferably in a consulting organization.
    • Work with senior consultants in the execution of HR and Organizational Development (OD) projects for clients, including culture assessments, skills development initiatives, and change management programs.
    • Initiate and lead specific HR projects, providing advice to clients, and formulating strategic plans to address pertinent challenges in client organizations.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing responsive support and assistance throughout project lifecycles.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
    • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, industry best practices, and client-specific challenges to lead client conversations, proffer recommendations and solutions to client issues, and deliver on project requirements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients, incorporating data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Work within all the business units in the organization, supporting in the growth and development of crucial business processes and systems to enhance business scale and performance.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen, while engaging in pertinent business development activities including preparing proposals, project mandates, and client presentations.
    • Keen ability to analyze organizational pulse, determine the level of employee engagement, proffer solutions for improvement, and manage the implementation of such solutions.
    • Conduct research and engage in brainstorming sessions to identify organizational issues/problem areas, proposing solutions on policies, procedures, tools, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
