    Territory Sales Officer - Lagos III

    Job Description

    • Selling RxAll Loan and Software Products to Phama Companies/FMCGs, Wholesalers, Hospitals, Pharmacies, Chemists, MOHs, FDAs in the lsland (Ajah, Epe, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island) sales territory.
    • Planning, executing, measuring, tracking and achieving up to 100M Naira in monthly sales value through signing up pharma companies, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies and Chemists. Focus will be on getting customer groups to increase their Wallet Size, number of transactions while increasing retention.
    • Developing, measuring, tracking, reporting the relevant sales metrics and recruiting and working with the fulfilment, digital marketing and customer success teams to achieve sales growth.
    • Working with customer success officers to ensure that customers are receiving the best experience from using the company products.
    • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer groups at the most senior levels across the assigned sales territory.
    • Acquiring both cash and credit customers.
    • Preparing credit risk assessment, credit briefs and credit documentation for credit customers and getting approval for credit disbursement at the credit committee.
    • Preventing credit default and for collecting default monies through checks and direct debit mandates. Will also work with legal team for debt recovery for debts over 56 days due.

    Requirements

    • First Degree (BPharm/BSc./HND) in Health Science, Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 - 3years working experience as a Medical sales rep. MUST be covering or have exiting business relationship in this Territory (Isand - Ajah, Epe, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island).
    • Preferably a Pharmacist (but not mandatory) with strong multi-tasking capacity and experience in the Pharma industry especially selling to Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacies and Chemists in the assigned sales territory.
    • Candidates who are not pharmacists but who have experience selling pharma products especially credit products (Financing solution) as well as software products (ERP) in the pharma industry are also a strong fit.
    • Strong technical knowledge of the company products is a must with the capacity to develop proposals and presentations at technical conferences with FDAs, Pharma Companies, Hospitals, Pharmacists and Doctors.
    • Strong relationships across all parts of the pharma supply chain is essential.
    • Must be accountable, able to pay attention to details, deliver as per instructions, hard working with the ability to be proactive in planning, executing and reporting on sales goals, initiatives, activities and results using metrics.

    Sales Lead

    Job Description:

    • We are looking to employ a highly driven sales lead to drive the day-to-day running of our sales team and activities in Nigeria.
    • The sales lead’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, managing a national sales team, organising sales meetings, reporting/tracking sales metrics, effectively handling customer complaints, and assisting with the recruitment of sales staff.
    • You should also be able to delegate tasks to the sales staff.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will be expected to directly achieve and manage up to 100M NGN sales/month with strategic key accounts managing group purchases for our network as well as signing up major pharmacy and hospital chains across Nigeria
    • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas personally and through your sales team
    • Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as monitoring the performance of the sales team
    • Communicate the day-to-day sales goals and strategies to subordinate employees, promoting attentive and individualized customer service (as well as handling any customer complaints), and initiating and closing sales
    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with sales staff/customers
    • Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Regularly attending and organising sales meetings and training sessions
    • Performing all duties expected of a national Sales leader
    • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted sales service across Nigeria
    • Perfoming other responsibilities as may be assigned from the CEO or his assigned representative.

    Job Requirements:

    • Minimuim Degree is MBA/ Masters in Marketing
    • 5 years+ proven experience in sales in Pharma/FMCG industry Area/ National Sales Management in the Pharma/FMCG industry with experience managing sales reps across Nigeria
    • Credible sales career progression in reputable pharma, fmcg or digital commerce companies
    • Experience leading sales reps across Nigeria to achieve monthly team sales of 1 Billion+ (billion) NGN
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office & Google Workspace applications
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Ability to take feedback however critical/harsh and effect corrective steps
    • Ability to hold sales team members to account
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong management and leadership skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills

    Remuneration & Other Benefits:

    • Basic Salary: 250K NGN to 300K NGN / month (netpay)
