    Contract Administrator III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
    • Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices.
    • Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls.
    • Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts. Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified.

    Facilities Engineer / Specialist I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Documenation Specialist I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Responsible for all aspects of document control within assigned project scope.

    • Implement the Information Management Plan, and supporting document control procedures

    Fixed Equipment Strategy Specialist II

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The prime objective for the Fixed Equipment Strategy Specialist is to co-ordinate and facilitate fixed equipment strategy development for the site.
    • The role also provides materials engineering support for routine and turnaround activities for the site.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide support for metallurgical analysis of failures and assistance in materials related RCFA
    • Recommend material selection for major equipment replacement/upgrades
    • Responsible for evaluation of new crude processing and coordinating Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for incidents where material performance failed to meet site expectations
    • Co-ordinate responses to MCI-FE Network High Consequence Failure postings under the guidance of the Chief Inspector
    • Support unit inspectors in analyzing operating, maintenance and non-destructive testing data to establish remaining life of equipment and recommend repairs and/or replacement to extend unit run lengths.

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    Wellwork Supervisor III

    • Provides planning support to Well Management Engineers and onsite Company representative at the wellhead platform to support the safe and efficient execution of wellwork, workover or well intervention and related plans.
    • Is the primary contact for execution readiness and directly supervises Service Partner personnel at all stages of the operations. When offshore, supports Wellwork Coordinator with in-field information to ensure Service Partner personnel work accomplishment, execution needs, logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Internal: Immediate work group and interfaces with engineering teams
    • External: Work effectively with Service Partners, PIC, Projects and Maintenance reps in SIMOPS area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events

    Camp Services Coordinator III

    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project’s goals, objectives, and procedures.
    • Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other Company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to the Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:

    • Analyze maintenance records to determine instrument failure rates, availability / reliability calculations, bad actor / failure modes identification, and program effectiveness / cost analysis
    • Develop and execute process control surveillance programs
    • Collect and trend process data using company’s multiple process historian database and visualization software tools
    • Perform process control philosophy and stability reviews coupled with execution of control logic updates and loop tuning
    • Conduct criticality assessment and develop equipment strategies/maintenance plans for instrumentations and control systems taking into consideration Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment, industry standards, regulatory requirement and manufacturer recommendations.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
    • Strong knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Experience in selection, application, and ISA data sheet specification of hardware including pressure/ temperature /level instruments, control valves, shutdown valves, and fire/gas detection
    • Proficient in data collection and analysis with common database and software data analysis tools such as SAP, Analytics for Excel and Tableau
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

    Electrical Maintenance Technician I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.
    • Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize impact on production and maximize operational availability.
    • Typically reports to a supervisor.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
    • Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
    • Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
    • Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify First Line Supervisor (FLS) if issues remain unresolved.
    • Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
    • Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
    • Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
    • Verify and accept job done by contractors

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in a closely related position, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
