    National Sales Manager

    Job Overview

    • Our client in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, specializing in the production and distribution of delicious snacks is in need of a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our national sales strategy and operations.
    • The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional to lead a high-performing sales team and make a significant impact on our business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in the snacks space.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing a sales team.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Strategic thinker with analytical skills, capable of translating market insights into actionable sales plans.
    • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
    • Experience in setting up and managing sales teams is preferred.
    • Nigerian candidates are encouraged to apply, but expatriates with relevant experience and qualifications are also welcome, with the possibility of family status.
