    Brand Activation Lead

    Our client a reputable FMCG comapany is looking to hire a  Brand Activation Lead

    Job Overview
    As the brand activation lead, you will champion the strategy and execution of BTL activations across various segments (health institutions, gyms, schools), establish contact and build relationship with key opinion leaders
    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Lead the creation of BTL marketing campaigns and promotions, with the aim of driving education, awareness and growth
    • Plan, execute, and oversee ground activations, including school tours, sports events, hospital programs and other consumer experiences that drive brand love and product volumes
    • Guide the activation team on the planning and implementation of BTL activities
    • Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral

    Deliverables and Activities

    • Manage brands relationship with external agencies and vendors
    • Build relationships with key opinion leaders. Eg in sports, medical
    • Product detailing/presentation: Lead the education of key opinion leaders
    • Sampling: Drive product sampling through engaging activations
    • Events: Increase brand awareness and product experience through events
    • Promotions: Conduct promotional activities and be responsible for promo materials.

     Required Skills And Experience

    • Experience developing effective marketing campaigns with a strong bias for ROI, across BTL
    • Trade or experiential Marketing experience
    • Detail oriented, critical thinker and problem solver
    • Good communication skills

    Qualifications

    • 1-3 years experience in BTL role
    • Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or role

    Professional Housekeeper (Live-in)

    Location: Ikeja, GRA

    Our client requires the services of a live-in professional housekeeper with integrity and attention to detail for immediate employment.
    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
    • Make up beds and change linens as required
    • Sort, wash, load and unload laundry
    • Iron and press clothing and linen
    • Sort, fold and put away clean laundry
    • Refill toilet paper rolls and hand soap in the bathrooms
    • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
    • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
    • Notify homeowner of any damages, deficits and disturbances
    • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety
    • Keep an eye out for issues such as burned-out light bulbs that need replacing
    • Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
    • Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
    • Check stocking level of all consumables’ and replace to avoid stock out

    Requirement Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
    • Time management and priority skills
    • Ability to work without supervision and maintain high level of performance
    • Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years housekeeping experience

    Support Minister (Deaconess)

    Our client, a faith-based Christian organization currently requires the services of a deaconess as a Support Minister to help the Founder in planning, implementing and coordinating related programs for the ministry.
    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Support the founder in preparing sermons for weekly services
    • Attend mid-week services and other related programs alongside the founder
    • May be assigned a specific ministry target group to oversee
    • In absence of the Founder, receive her ministerial phone calls, lead meetings, oversee and lead worship services, and other ministerial duties.
    • Counsel and pray with assigned church members and guests
    • Serve as an effective liaison to church committees and team ministry efforts
    • Maintain a continued growth of personal calling and walk with the Lord through Bible study and prayer
    • May be required to lead members of the congregation in prayer during weekly services
    • Oversee the general operations of the ministry, including managing staff schedules, planning special events, and ordering supplies
    • Assisting with publicity efforts, such as writing articles for the church newsletter
    • Maintain absolute confidentiality of all conversations, consultations, and other pertinent information
    • Develop and exercise personal evangelism within and outside the ministry
    • Shall attend all regular church services and maintain regular office hours
    • Nurture the vision of the ministry

    Requirement Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

    • Must be a graduate
    • Having additional certifications in theology will be an added advantage
    • Must be a born again deaconess
    • Should possess effective communication skills including active listening
    • Must have previous experience preaching and teaching the Word to small and large congregations
    • Must have the ability to lead parishioners, small groups, or a team of volunteers
    • Must have natural empathy and so be able to share the feelings of others
