    Customer Service Officer (Female)

    Responsibilities

    • Welcomes guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
    • Ensures that all contacts with clients (e-mail, walk-In center, SMS or phone) provides the client with a personalized customer service experience of the highest level
    • Through interaction with clients on the phone, uses every opportunity to build client’s interest in the company’s products and services
    • Record keeping to be improved upon to reflect material usage.
    • Customer service to be provided with customer detail book.
    • Manages administrative duties assigned by the manager in an effective and timely manner
    • Obtain, record and process customers order from all avenues and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
    • Confirms payments from CEO and/or Admin Officer for orders made by phone, before shipment is made to customers
    • Collate orders made online and other channels outside walk-in and phone from CEO
    • Collate needed supplies for store and transfer to Admin Officers for approval and Purchase
    • Receives parcels / documents for the company
    • Distribute mails in the organization
    • Handles any other duties as assigned by the human resources and admin manager.

    Qualification

    • 2 - 4 years work experience.

    Skills:

    • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
    • Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require
    • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
    • Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
    • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
    • Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face to face
    • A commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.

    Executive Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
    • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
    • Oversee the performance of other staff
    • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
    • Take minutes during meetings
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Organize and maintain the office filing system

    Requirements and skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Project Auditor

    Job Description

    • Evaluates, develops and implement process improvements based on the output of quality audits
    • Undertake comprehensive planning and risk assessment relating to each project to ascertain participation and the audit scope.
    • Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
    • Ensure that all project audit activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, organization objectives and policies as well as the code of ethics.
    • Ensures everything falls in place and identify factors that can greatly affect the projects outcome.
    • Oversee auditing for operational, financial and compliance areas.
    • Evaluates business processes and internal controls to identify gaps and risks.
    • Find ways to help conserve time, financial resources and even team members tasks.
    • Follow up on all audit recommendations that have been agreed upon by management and validate adequacy of the action taken by auditee to improve controls and project management practices.

    Education

    • The minimum qualification is Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other related discipline.

    Knowledge:

    • Must demonstrate ability to initiate, plan, executing and control a project audit assignment.
    • Ability to supervise audits and review the work performed, and the accuracy of conclusions reached and completion of the assignment within the stipulated time.
    • Must be able to demonstrate competency in providing audit report in an appropriate form.
    • Must be able to measure project progress and performance
