    Machine Operator

    Job Summary:

    Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating machines in a plastic company or an organization that produces lubricants. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines in our manufacturing facility. This position requires an individual who has a strong attention to detail, can work well under pressure, and is committed to meeting production goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines
    • Monitor the production process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently
    • Inspect products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards
    • Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment
    • Work with production team members to ensure that production goals are met
    • Complete production reports and other documentation as required
    • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

     Requirements:

    Senior Technology Coordinator

    Overview:

    The Snr. Technology Coordinator responsibility is to ensure the availability of all ICT services (Internet/Wifi/Active Directory/Cloud Services/Network Infrastructure/Printing Services etc). To oversee the ICT services team and act as a Snr. Business partner to the ICT application team. The role also serves as a backup to the ICT manager.

    To operationalize the groups ICT policies/strategies and implement ICT practices for the ICT Infrastructure Service Support team, which are aligned with and support the global ICT strategy for the group.

    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    OPERATIONAL

    • Oversee all ICT initiatives, projects and deployment.
    • Oversee installing and configuring software, hardware and networks                   
    • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
    • Responsible for security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
    • Monitor performance and analyse problems
    • Ensure systems are upgraded with latest patch and releases
    • Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
    • Oversee Change management for approved changes
    • Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery, and information security, and provides expert support when necessary.
    • Oversee the implementation of internal systems for the firm
    • Monitor the firm’s systems daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

    LEADERSHIP

    • Ensure that all members of the infrastructure and service support team fully understand their roles/responsibilities and how their performance will be measured.
    • Ensure that all members of the ICT infrastructure and service support team are fully aware of objectives and they all understand how their input contributes to these objectives.
    • Engender a culture of openness within the ICT sub team which embraces company values, encourages views and ideas and recognises and respects initiative.
    • Identify individual development needs within the ICT sub team and implement effective training, coaching and/or mentoring to address these needs.
    • Draft and ensure implementation of operational level agreement for all services.
    • Ensure tracking of SLA and KPIs with vendors.

    MANAGEMENT

    • Provide timely reports on service issues and escalate to ICTM in a timely manner
    • Establish effective communications within the ICT sub team which ensures an open flow of communication upwards, downwards and sideways.
    • Ensures that the team performance is regularly shared with the larger ICT team and priorities are adjusted accordingly.
    • Ensuring that all ICT security incidences are reported and dealt with appropriately.

    RELATIONSHIPS

    • Maintains close relationships with cross functional colleagues across the group.
    • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the leadership team of the group.
    • Becomes a respected and valued member of the team and acts as a business partner to other departmental coordinators. 
    • Develops and maintains relationships with local/international suppliers/vendors to ensure that services are delivered on time and in full.

    Factory/Machine Operator

    We are looking for a Machine Operator to help us set up٫ maintain and operate machinery. Your duties will include ensuring the interminable running of production٫ maintaining the level of efficiency and quality٫ and collaborating with co-workers to help your team achieve high level of productivity.

    You should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards٫ as well as willingness to learn and improve. We also expect you to be a good team player.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare machines to start a production cycle٫ performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities
    • Monitor and properly adjust machine settings
    • Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
    • Check parts with precision٫ using appropriate measuring tools

    • Create and manage records of approved and defective units or final products

    Machine Operator requirements are:

    • 2+ years' experience of working on a Machine Operator position
    • Significant experience with diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools٫ such as caliper٫ micrometer and so on
    • Excellent understanding of production procedures and good ability to read and implement blueprints٫ schematics and manuals
    • Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Physical stamina and strength
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical degree will be a bonus
