    Senior Accountant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards and meet business needs.
    • Prepare accounting reports and other necessary information for audit purposes
    • Maintain updated electronic records of the company’s financial transactions and fixed assets register via the company’s ERP.
    • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files;
    • Reconcile bank statement with accounts (cash, receivables and various payables etc) on a weekly basis
    • Update and maintain accounting procedures
    • Manage supplier and staff payments in accordance with set procedures
    • Prepare reports for management and shareholders, providing financial insights and interpreting data
    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs revenues, financial commitment, and obligations to
    • project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
    • Support month-end and year-end stock count and valuation process
    • Assist with local and federal required filings as appropriate i.e Taxes and related filings
    • Manage weekly/monthly/annual operating budget preparation and cash forecasting analysis
    • Prepare monthly internal financial statements and management accounts
    • Manage the company’s relationship with the banks and other external financial stakeholders, credit, and facility providers.
    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    • Must possess a B.Sc / HND / M.Sc in Accountancy or a Finance-related discipline.
    • Must be ICAN or ACA qualified (mandatory)
    • CFA is an added advantage
    • Must have at least 5-10 years of relevant work experience.

    Accounts Internal Control Executive

    Job Description

    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and
    • control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliabilityand compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
    • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
    • Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit’s results and document process
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings

    Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • The preferred candidate must have SOX Audit experience.

    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
    • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

    Suply Chain Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the forecast and product availability through weekly stock replenishment
    • Serves as liaison between executives, managers and visitors as required
    • Takes independent action on handling requests
    • Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations
    • Administers the departments) record keeping system

    Supply Chain Manager (FMCG)

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
    • Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
    • Maintains the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
    • Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company.
    • Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes.
    • Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
    • Negotiates prices for raw materials and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies.
    • Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on the availability and cost of supplies and materials.
    • Acts as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
    • Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Educational Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supply chain manager or supervisor with a manufacturing company
    • Other supply chain or logistics certifications will be an added advantage

    Sales Executive (Oil & Gas)

    Job Responsibilities

    • As per the need of the business, the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
    • A few years of experience in the development of Marine & Corrosion Protection coatings for this sector will be an additional advantage.
