    Project Interface Manager

    Job Summary

    • The project interface will be company interface between Client, he will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. This role is essential for maintaining organization, efficiency, and clear communication across all aspects of our projects.

    Responsibilities

    Insulation Field Specialist

    Job Summary

    • The purpose of this position is to direct, co-ordinates and monitor the work of his insulation crew on all insulation activities. To ensure all hot and cold Insulation works required for the LNG Trains and associated facilities are performed safely, to prescribed standards of quality and at the most economic cost.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Task:

    • Oversees the daily activities at work site, including scheduling of supervisors, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project.

    Operational:

    • Reads and interprets blue prints, instructions, and other documentation or plan work activities.
    • Determines the amounts and selects required insulation material (in sheet, tubular, or roll form), such as fiberglass, foam rubber, Styrofoam, cork, or urethane, based on material's ability to retain heat, location, surface, shape, and equipment use.
    • Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
    • Cover, seal, or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement or asphalt mastic.
    • Fit insulation around obstructions, and shape insulating materials and protective coverings as required.
    • Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws in order to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage
    • Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, knives, and scissors.
    • Prepare surfaces for insulation application by brushing or spreading on adhesives, cement, or asphalt, or by attaching metal pins to surfaces.
    • Covers or seals insulation with preformed plastic covers, canvas strips, sealant, or tape to secure insulation to structure, according to type of insulation used and structure covered, using staple gun, trowel, paintbrush, or caulking gun.
    • Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines.
    • May remove or seal off old asbestos insulation, following safety procedures.
    • Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
    • Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties as required.

    Requirements

    • As a minimum he shall have 5 years’ relevant experience in construction (Insulation and Coating) in the oil and gas industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
    • Certified by an approved organization such as ACQPA-FROSIO, NACE Level 3
    • Solid understanding of Oil & Gas fabrication and insulation.

    Equipment Workshop Superintendent

    Job Summary

    • The Workshop Superintendent will work with user departments including PMT, Workshop and the Supply Chain function to coordinate all fabrication activities (Insulation & Cladding) from the line/work packages through placement of fabrication (Insulation & Cladding) work orders, receipt, storage, preservation and the shipping of fabrications to worksites.

    Responsibilities
    Strategic Tasks:

    • Responsible for managing fabrication interfaces between construction, supply chain, material handling and campaign management teams.

    Operational Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the timely delivery of fabrication work scopes as per plan and updating of status daily with planner on site.
    • Responsible for highlighting potential blockers that will prevent the fabrication targets being achieved and suggesting enablers.
    • Implements safety program and ensures safe working conditions.
    • Coordination of all fabrication activities from the issue of work packages through placement of fabrication priorities, creation of fabrication requisitions to the shipping of fabricated materials to worksite.
    • Liaise closely with stores and materials department to ensure fabrication materials are delivered to the appointed fabricator in line with the required / planned dates.
    • Responsible for the management of the fabrication sub - contractor activities (If need say).
    • Directly responsible for the handling, tracking and preservation of fabricated items.
    • Maintain fabrication tackers and ensure status reports on all fabrication work orders are issued to the construction and project engineering planner groups in line with requirements.
    • Attend weekly internal and site meetings and present progress / issues / new ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure delivery of each fabrication to budget and schedule, ensuring changes are managed and suitably approved by the engineering manager prior to implementation.
    • Ensure that all fabrication activities are carried out under the approved project safety and quality standards.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Sc in Engineering related discipline
    • As a minimum he shall have 10 years’ experience of fabrication work and have acquired a sound working knowledge of fabrication and construction engineering in the oil and gas industry.
    • Good working knowledge of material management systems, process controls, warehousing and logistics within the oil and gas industry
    • In addition, the incumbent shall be familiar with the requirements for the HSSE aspects, Quality Assurance and Control requirements in relation to the project cycle.
    • Proficient in the use of standard desk top software, data compilation and manipulation and competent in maintaining and updating project reports accordingly.

    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Project Manager is to work with the Project Manager to provide leadership, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of Oil and Gas engineering services to T7 project in line with the NNLG guidelines.

    • The Project Manager shall have as a minimum, a recognized Bachelor’s degree or similar educational qualification in a relevant branch of engineering, and be a chartered engineer, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in project planning and supervision of engineering design and construction associated with oil/gas production and processing facilities.
    • Ability to manage interfaces between sub-contractors, vendor specialists and other projects.
    • Ability to manage risks and opportunities towards achievement of project objectives.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a large group of people and a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team set. Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop the technical and management skills of team.
    • Knowledge of management of Community Relations in the Niger Delta. Working knowledge of a broad range of Facilities and Project engineering, systems, tools and practices.
    • The Project Manager shall have Mastery competency in Project management.

    Responsibilities

    Construction Manager

    Job Summary

    • The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the performance of all field construction activities for the assigned projects in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

    • Maintain daily contact with Site and Project Managers, ensuring open and effective communication, and immediate escalation of issues as appropriate.
    • Provide weekly construction overall reporting as required.
    • Manage the Site Construction Team to ensure effective and timely response to all troubleshooting and problem-solving needs.
    • Manage the Construction Team to ensure Construction milestones, and Mechanical Completion etc. activities and documentation are planned, executed and controlled.
    • Work closely with the Cost Manager & Planner to forecast out turn cost/programme & monitor costs with a robust monthly CVR / project review.

    QAQC Inspector

    Job Summary

    • The purpose of this position is to check the quality of incoming and outgoing materials or products for the company, as well as the production procedures. This job involves tasks such as running tests, keeping a record of defects, analyzing products, and overseeing procedures

    • Inspection on erection of Piping’s, structural items, valves, fittings, supports, flanges etc. on all lines.
    • Ensure the use of client approved materials.
    • Dimensional checking of fabricated spools as per isometrics and reviewing the radiography.
    • Preparation of punch list and coordinate with construction.
    • Ensure the storage painting and insulation materials as per manufacturer’s recommendations.

    Requirements

    • As a minimum he shall have 5 years’ experience as a QAQC Inspector with a focus on Oil & Gas fabrication projects and construction engineering in the oil and gas industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer
    • Conversant with International Standards/Codes such as ASTM, ISO, SSPC, NACE , NORSOK, PIP.
    • Familiar with procedures relating to Project Specifications/Standards/Codes/Safety Regulations, QCP, ITP, MS, P&ID and piping isometric drawings.
    • Good knowledge in the Application, Inspection and Testing of various types of above ground and underground protective coatings and insulation such as Liquid Coatings, FBE Coating and Linings, Coal Tar Epoxy, Polyester Glass Flake, Vinyl Ester, 3LPE/3LPP/5LPP including Field Joint Coatings, Hot Dip Galvanizing (Zinc Coating), TSA, Wrapping and HSS Application. Rock Wool, Calcium Silicate, Foam Glass, Polyisocyanurate (PIR), PUF etc…
    • Internationally approved inspection certification such as NACE 3/ERS
    • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead and mentor a team of cost control professionals.
