    Business Manager

    About this role

    • We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our company.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
    • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business.
    • They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture.
    • The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company’s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
    • We expect you to be result-oriented, with a strong ability to think through difficult situations and motivate our team members to get work done**.**

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Developing the company partnership with third party companies to fosters collaborations that has positive effect on the company
    • Managing a cross functional team of developers, product designers, social media managers and strategists to achieve quarterly stated goals.
    • Creating policy with the board to build a great work culture
    • Building an environment where every employees excited to come to work daily
    • Provide clarity to team leads to help them easily work on the tasks
    • Converting briefs to proper business documentations and breaking down the documentations to simpler tasks
    • Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
    • Assess overall company performance against objectives
    • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
    • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

    Program / Community Manager

    About this role

    • We are looking for an experienced Program/Community Manager to organize and coordinate programs in Grazac and manage our internal talents community.
    • The ideal candidate should be a “people person” with excellent communication skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
    • Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications. In this role, you will report to our Growth and Marketing Lead

    What you will do

    • Engage with all talent to make sure they are well managed and get the best learning experience throughout their period in Grazac
    • Organize programs to promote activities in Grazac in collaboration with social media team (IG live, Twitter space, physical meetup sip and paint etc)
    • Engage with the online and offline community to build relationships
    • Sending email newsletter to motivate our community members (past and present talent)
    • Provide guidance, and assistance to past talents to walk them from the process of acquiring tech skills to getting a job.
    • Manage our mentors and facilitators
    • Ensure all students of an ongoing cohort are appropriately engaged and given all support needed
    • Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
    • Participate in social and corporate events.
    • Any other task assigned

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven work experience as a community manager or program manager
    • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
    • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
    • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
    • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

    Growth and Marketing Lead

    About this role

    • Growth and Marketing Lead will lead our marketing strategy, execution, and operational management for Grazac initiatives with focus on our academy.
    • As a Growth and Marketing Lead, you will work with content creators, designers, social media strategists, program/community managers and customer support to increase the awareness of our academy, boost our customer acquisition funnel and close partnership deals that directly have impact on our revenue.
    • The Growth and Marketing lead should be an individual who is growth-oriented, resourceful, entrepreneurial at heart, pays attention to details and conscious of the bottom line.

    What you will do

    • Lead and oversee the activities of the Growth/Marketing Team
    • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising to drive more young individuals to acquire tech skills.
    • Close partnership deals with companies to give priority to talents from Grazac to ensure we provide maximum opportunities for our talents
    • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality of talents produced and team member performance.
    • Create strategies to increase brand awareness and engaging with existing audience.
    • Working on strategies within the growth department to increase company’s revenue
    • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, emails campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
    • Inspire, recognize, coach and lead teammates on a day-to-day basis and ensure tasks are being done by teammates; be a champion of GRAZAC culture (We love learning!!).
    • Compile performance reports to brief the management on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
    • Any other duties assigned by management

    Requirement and Skills

    • At least 3 years of experience in a growth marketing or sales leadership role
    • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
    • Expertise with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush
    • Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
    • Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp or Trello)

    Social Media Strategist

    About this role

    • Social media strategist oversees the company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
    • Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
    • You will be responsible for creating original text and video content and managing posts on Instagram, Twitter and Linkedin.
    • As a strategist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

    • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
    • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
    • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc
    • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Be ahead of the curve for all the viral trends

    Requirements and Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
    • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing
    • Excellent multitasking skills
