• The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate building construction projects on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Other responsibilities that will help achieve this include:

• Oversee and coordinate building construction projects on site.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Monitor and provide weekly reports on project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including coordinating and managing site inspections and audits.
• Work with the HSE personnel to ensure site safety and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and waste management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in building construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering building construction projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Skills:

• Experience in site building construction and managing construction site.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture and construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to construction sites and project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conducting land surveys using total stations, GPS equipment, theodolite and other surveying instruments.
• Establishing precise measurements and boundaries of properties, easements, and rights-of-way.
• Performing field calculations to determine angles, distances, elevations, and other relevant data.
• Analyzing survey data and preparing detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Adhering to safety protocols and best practices while working in the field.
• Keeping abreast of advancements in surveying technology and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in surveying and geoinformatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8years of experience in land surveying, preferably in a constructionenvironment.
• SURCON certified.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate and reliable survey data.
