    Responsibilities

    • Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive content related to beauty, including skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty trends. Develop long-form articles, product reviews, tutorials, and listicles that provide valuable information and insights to our audience.
    • Research: Conduct comprehensive research to provide accurate and data-driven insights in your articles. Stay updated on the latest beauty products, trends, and industry news by following reputable sources, attending beauty events, and interviewing industry experts.
    • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure high visibility and traffic for your content. Use keywords strategically, create compelling meta descriptions, and optimize images to enhance search engine rankings

    Social Media Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team. As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee the strategic management, growth, and engagement of our brand’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Whatsapp and Twitter.
    • You will also be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, creating content calendars, monitoring analytics, managing content schedules, and fostering community engagement across these platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Management Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for each platform to align with the overall marketing goals, working collaboratively with the Creative Strategist to ensure a cohesive approach.
    • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and strategy.

    Platform-Specific Strategy Development:

    • Tailor social media strategies for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Whatsapp) based on their unique algorithms, user behaviors, and content formats.
    • Identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms and explore new features or trends on existing platforms to stay ahead of the competition.

    Content Management:

    • Collaborate with the Content creators, Design Lead and Creative strategist to plan and schedule high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
    • Oversee the content calendar for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with the brand’s TOV.
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, content partnerships, and paid advertising.

    Community Management:

    • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
    • Foster a positive online community by managing interactions, addressing issues, and nurturing brand advocates.

    Performance Analysis & Reporting:

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, reach, impressions, and conversions.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns, identifying what works and what doesn’t.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, product, and project teams to ensure social media efforts are aligned with brand objectives.

    Crisis Management & Reputation Building:

    • Develop and implement strategies for managing potential social media crises, ensuring swift and appropriate responses to protect the brand’s reputation.
    • Build and maintain a positive brand image through proactive engagement, storytelling, and value-driven content.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably across multiple platforms.

    • As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Our ideal candidate should have passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality content across various categories.
    • This role involves conceptualising, filming, editing, and optimising video content for assigned social media platforms.
