    Maintenance Technician

    Description

    Maintenance Technician:

    • The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising the company’s maintenance operations and processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    • Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Accountant will prepare the company financial accounting, treasury management, provision of management and statutory reports, and support the organization’s business planning and performance management processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the general ledger and all related accounts with proper documentation and recording of transactions; review entries to the general and subsidiary ledger to assure accuracy and compliance with the company accounting procedures.
    • Prepare monthly and year-end closing of the books and provision of financial reports for management and statutory purposes.
    • Implement the company’s chart of accounts and accounting system (policies, procedures, technology) for effective financial reporting and control.
    • Support the external audit process by ensuring availability of all required financial and non-financial records.
    • Implement a cost accounting system (standard costs, actual costs, investigation of variances) for effective cost management.

    • HND in Accounting with 5-10 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.

    QHSE Officer

    Job Description

    Description 

    • The candidate will be responsible for formulation of strategies that concern the design and practicality of the company's online shops and digital platforms. To make decisions that ensure existing frameworks help facilitate the generation of profit.
    • Devise strategies and harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales and online stores.

    Responsibilities 

    • Initiate and complete selection process for customers’ online orders.
    • Develop analytics on the ecommerce business to yield improvements.
    • Provide analysis of key business metrics and site performance
    • Handle vendor and product management duties by coordinating new product setups and maintaining existing ones.
    • Manage existing vendor relationships and help establish new, workable ones as well.
