    Senior SF - LMS Consultant - CoE

    Job Introduction

    • Adexen was mandated by a multinational conglomerate to recruit a  Senior SF - LMS Consultant to join its SAP center of Excellence in Lagos.

    Responsibilities
    Collect & analyze HR requirements on the following:

    • Functional Consultant for SAP SF LMS (Certified) to lead and participate in ongoing projects and all support initiatives.
    • Responsible for managing multiple simultaneous SAP projects from conception to completion. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
    • This role must work independently while gathering requirements, performing functional testing, customizing/configuring, creating documentation, and conducting end-user training with the SAP Core team / Super users.
    • Business processes and parameters,
    • Assist in the mapping of master and transaction,
    • Determining reporting requirements Standard / Customized SAP Reports,
    • Determine, evaluate, and build reporting solutions.
    • Design, develop, and manage Roles and Permissions.
    • Ensuring adherence to process standards and reviewing project deliverables

    Qualifications
    Skills:
    SuccessFactors LMS and Cross module Integration.

    • Reporting, Integration, System configuration.
    • Manage Customization of system configuration & system admin
    • Experience in external and internal integration
    • Roles and Permission
    • Data migration
    • Knowledge of Certificate design.
    • Integration experience with external training sources such as LinkedIn, Udemy, etc.
    • Experience in EC/LMS integration.
    • LMS/PMGM Integration.
    • Knowledge of creating new domains, Libraries, and Global assignments.
    • Able to manage user data from EC to LMS.
    • Able to monitor the Job and resolve the error.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related technical/ business areas or equivalent work experience
    • 8+ years of experience with relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules working as a consultant.
    • Experience in business application system development methodology and business process re-engineering.
    • Minimum 4-5 end-to-end SF implementations and hands-on experience in SAP SF support / AMC projects.
    • Must have SF Certifications.

    Senior Consultant, SAP HCM, EC / SF

    Responsibilities

    • In this role, he/she will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
    • He/She will be the technical point of contact between the IT department and the HR department
    • Technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
    • Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
    • Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
    • Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
    • Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
    • Collaborates with HR Leaders to determine the short- and long-term requirements for SAP HR modules, and systems
    • Identify training gaps impacting service quality

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
    • Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
    • Experience in integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware.
    • Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
    • Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems.
    • Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
