    HCM/Company Secretary/Legal

    Job Description

    • Draft legal papers for Insurance company and transaction
    • Handle insurance portfolio for with all legal nuances for each Dept
    • Access legal risk in Insurance and accounting documentation or court filings
    • Contract expertise in property management, purchases and sales
    • Interpret Insurance  laws
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before  transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Insurance and Human Relations.
    • Experience in vetting and drawing of legal document.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

    Female Accountant & Financial Manager

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a Finance related course.
    • A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience.
    • ICAN or ACA Certification is an added advantage.

    Executive Assistant/Investment Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Conserves the GMD / CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
    • Responsible for day-to-day management of the GMD / CEO's calendar and activities to ensure high value time utilization of the GMD / CEO
    • Responsible for the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key external and internal meetings involving the GMD / CEO

    Responsibilities
