    Packaging Machine Operator(Liquid)

    Our client is a diversified holding company with a strong presence in the Manufacturing, FMCG, and Agriculture sectors. Due to expansion, they are in need of a Packaging Machine Operator.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sachet Packaging Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining sachet packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role requires a keen eye for quality control, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Description:

    • Set up and operate sachet packaging machines according to standard operating procedures and production schedules.
    • Inspect and monitor packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards, including proper sealing, filling, and labeling.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging machines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.
    • Monitor and manage supplies such as film rolls, sachet materials, and other packaging components. Report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
    • Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine performance, and any issues encountered. Complete necessary documentation and reports.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
    • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient production processes.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; additional technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
    • Proven experience operating sachet packaging machines or similar packaging equipment is preferred.
    • Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor repairs and adjustments on machinery.
    • Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or packaging processes.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

    Lube Area Sales Manager(Lubricant)

    JOB SUMMARY: 

    The Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the lubricant industry is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets, and managing the sales team within a designated geographical area. The ASM ensures effective execution of sales strategies, builds and maintains strong customer relationships, and drives revenue growth.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager to set sales goals and objectives. 
    • Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to promote products and services.
    • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progression towards sales targets.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
    • Manage the sales budget for the assigned area, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Track and control expenses to stay within budgetary limits.
    • Propose and implement cost-effective sales strategies.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum of  3-5 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
    • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Frequent travel within the designated area.
