    IT Governance Officer

    Function: IT Governance Officer
    Reporting to: Manager Information Systems
    Travel Frequency: None

    Purpose of the Job

    The purpose of this role is to design, implement and execute various technology risk mitigation and governance projects and activities. This would include assisting in the development and maintenance of IT policies and process maps.

    This role would assist with providing centralized IT governance, compliance and risk management expertise to the various functional areas in the department/organization.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related field
    • Post Graduate degree (MBA, M.Sc., etc.) an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of COBIT
    • Experience writing policies, procedures, standards and baselines
    • Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance programs.

    Work Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in an IT Governance or IT Governance Management role
    • Experience growing and improving IT Governance Program(s)
    • Experience managing governance in a regulated industry
    • Experience managing a Governance, Risk, & Compliance system, or software toolset · Experience developing metrics &/or dashboards
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to successfully communicate in all situations with stakeholders
    • Strong writing and documentation skills
    • Ability to track and meet deadlines for audits and compliance deliverables
    • Ability to manage simultaneous projects/work streams, set priorities, and exercise independent judgment
    • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills

    IT Security Officer

    Function: IT Security 
    Reporting to: Head, IS&T
    Travel Frequency: None

    Purpose of the Job

    This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and reporting on cyber security risks, developing a set of security standards and best practices for the organization, monitoring networks and systems for security breaches and intrusions, leading technical and forensic investigations, managing the Deluxe vulnerability and penetration testing programs, and providing and implementing recommendations for security enhancements to management teams as needed.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or related field

    • Experience writing cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards and baselines
    • Excellent documentation skills.

    Work Experience:

    • 5+ years’ experience with the development, deployment, management and automation of security solutions in an enterprise (cloud and on premise) environments
    • Professional certification: Security certification of one or more of the following: CISSP, CRISC, CCSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCNP security.

    Sales Account Manager (PH)

    Function: Business Development
    Reporting to: Territory Manager
    Location: Port Harcourt

    Purpose of the Job 
    The Account Manager is responsible for protecting revenue, securing new revenue within ipNX’s existing clients’ portfolio of as well as seeking/hunting out new clients & businesses within the assigned Strategic account sub-portfolio. The role ensures an excellent client experience/service delivery satisfaction at all times and works in collaboration with the account teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts into the business.

    Expected Key Results 

    •  Achieve set revenue growth.
    • Deliver an excellent client experience at all times, ensuring client needs are met or exceeded.
    • Work closely with business development team, sharing knowledge, discussing ideas and helping the team to achieve targets.
    • Ensures compliance with ipNX values, policies and standards, and ensures compliance will all local statutory requirements.
    • Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
      • B.SC Engineering / Computer Science / Marketing / Sales / related disciplines
      • Understanding communications Network, Experience in a b2b, B2C sales environment; consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets. Demonstrates a high level of organization and quality of Multitasks efficiency & priority setting.
      • Good Microsoft office suite competence, CRM competence, including Visio
      • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
    • Work Experience:
      • At least 3 years’ experience within the telecoms space; knowledge of the market, competitor behavior and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management
