    New Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities
    We are looking for a high-performing candidate to help us to open new customer accounts and product development for the following:

    • New business development for B2B (corporate promo and gift items)
    • Sale of solar lights for billboards
    • Sale of LED screens for supermarkets

    The candidate must be able to:

    • Find a new cliental base for sales
    • Open doors to new clients
    • Close the deals with appropriate margins.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years work experience.

    Salary
    N350,000 - N450,000 / Month.

    Product Development Analyst

    Job Summary

    • Design, develop and improve on new/ existing products along with defined customer needs and expectations.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead the product design and development process for new products from the concept phase through production.
    • Monitor the project delivery timeline and budget for optimal operational efficiency.
    • Evaluate existing products and recommend appropriate improvements.
    • Work with the Quality Control unit on laboratory experiments and analyses to test new product ideas for quality and compliance with standards and specifications.
    • Monitor production quality, cost, design, packaging, and timeline to ensure compliance with set standards.
    • Create and maintain a complete product catalog.
    • Keep track of trends / updates in product development and make appropriate recommendations.
    • Carry out any other activity as assigned by the line manager.

    Competency and Skills Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • Minimum of 4 years work experience.
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques.
    • Ability to achieve and maintain high standards with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and client management.
    • A creative mindset, consistently seeking innovative ways without compromising quality.

    Salary
    N250,000 / Month.

    Legal and Compliance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Design proactive strategic risk initiatives by creating risk frameworks that provides recommendations on the strategies to use in complex and unusual situations
    • Promote integration and standardization of risk management processes across the organization
    • Align delivery of risk services to proactively integrate with organizational initiatives
    • Promote standardization and continuity of reporting modernization by examining and leveraging the processes of other organizations to improve the company’s performance while minimizing risk.
    • Create solutions by leveraging reports to solve complex and high-value decisions.
    • Develop detailed operational plans and procedures for compliance programmes
    • Oversee the development of compliance controls to mitigate compliance risk exposure of organization
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
    • Develop actionable roadmap based on leading practice risk frameworks to assess exposures, and provide tailored risk management solutions in complex and unusual situations
    • Ensure that risk identification and assessment activities carried out across the company is reviewed and challenged where necessary and that appropriate escalation procedures are in place at the highest level.
    • Documents processes, performs risk assessments to identify risk areas and mitigations and control design weaknesses, and develops recommendations for remediating those weaknesses
    • Provide regular reports to boards and other relevant bodies detailing any current issues or information as required.
    • Assess and provide advice on liabilities and risks of proposed commercial transactions or other agreements, and recommend solutions and action steps to mitigate identified legal risks.
    • Oversee and ensure adequate monitoring and tracking of changes in legal / statutory regulations and ensure compliance by the entity to minimise possible exposure to legal.

    Requirements / Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related discipline.
    • Relevant professional qualifications such as FRM, PMI-RMP, IRM, CIP will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior managerial capacity.
