    Project Manager/Administrator

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong administrative capabilities to oversee and manage various projects within our organization, Eko Innovation Center (EIC). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while also handling certain administrative duties to support project operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and providing guidance and support to team members.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
    • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
    • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing project-related documents and communications.
    • Management of the office and facility
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related materials, presentations, and reports.
    • Maintain databases, records, and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
    • Assist in the procurement of project-related resources, supplies, and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
    • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with proven experience managing projects from initiation to closure.
    • Project Management certification is a plus.

    Finance Lead

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Lead to join our team.     Qualifications and Skills:

    • ACA or ACCA certification is a must.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in a finance role, with a track record of successful financial leadership.
    • Agency banking experience is desired

    Operations Lead

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall business objectives and contribute to the growth and efficiency of the agency banking/fintech operations.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in the agency banking operations. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and relationships are aligned with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the technology team to integrate and optimize systems and platforms that support agency banking operations, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
    • Implement systems and processes to monitor and analyze transaction activities, identifying and addressing any anomalies or irregularities promptly.
    • Develop and enforce risk management protocols to safeguard financial transactions, data, and customer information. Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the agency banking operations, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Oversee the onboarding, training, and ongoing support of agency banking partners. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service delivery and compliance with industry and company standards.
    • Develop metrics for awareness creation and mobilization of the tech project and ensure that associating activities are carried out
    • Conduct regular internal audits, review and consolidate financial accounting books
    • Handle the overall coordination, management and implementation of the company, support the development and usage of finance services in line with the tech scope.

    Key Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Financial Management or related discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
    • 4 years’ experience in a financial institution or related Industry with at least 2 years in Fintech start up.
    • Working knowledge of Credit Risk, Risk Management, Loan recovery and Cash Management
    • Professional certification in accounting/banking (e.g. ACA, ACCA) would be an advantage.
