    Sales Operations Manager

    Our client, a distributor of automobile parts seeks to hire for the position of a Sales Operations Manager. They specialize in the distribution of quality Tyres, Batteries, Rims, Vehicle Accessories for all range of Cars, Sports Utility Vehicles, Light, Medium & Heavy-duty Commercial trucks, Solid Fork lift and Earth Moving OTR Tyres.     Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for controlling, organizing and directing day to day sales process in tandem with organization’s strategy
    • Generate quality leads, presentations and close sales deals with corporate and individual customers
    • Manage existing and new Key Account customers
    • Coordinate and manage inventory
    • Delivers monthly sales target
    • Provide daily reports of sales activities
    • Provide monthly sales projections and forecast
    • Maintains and updates online business platform
    • Manage growing sales team
    • Maintain good customer relationships and enhance loyalty
    • Coordinate end-to-end sales process including deliveries outside the state or region

    Requirement:

    • Minimum of B.sc in Social Sciences/Business or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
    • Field sales experience is a plus
    • Experience in the Automotive, Transportation Service industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • The ability to drive with a valid driver’s license is a plus
    • Engaging, confident, courageous and result-oriented personality
    • Proven Track record of exceeding business objectives
    • Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office packages and presentation skill

    Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance Business Partner

    • JOB LOCATION: URHONIGBE, EDO
    • AGE REQUIREMENT: 28 - 35 YEARS OLD
    • SALARY-600,000-800,000K

    Job Summary:

    The Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance (ARCG) Business Partner is charged with the responsibility of increasing the operational efficiency of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), by preventing fraud and eliminating wastages. He/ She manages and reports on the implementation and findings on the SBU’s risk management and compliance frameworks by planning, execution, preparation of quality Internal Audit, Compliance review & Risk

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a second Class upper in any course from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Audit, Risk, and compliance officer
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA).
    • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an advantage
    • Minimum of 5 Years cumulative experience as an internal control personnel
    • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision& SharePoint will be an added advantage).

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Audit

    • Conduct environmental audits to ensure adherence to environmental standards.
    • Develop Internal Audit Strategic Plan for the SBU
    • Monitor and test corrective actions from prior audits
    • Provide support to the Company’s independent auditors
    • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.

    Compliance

    • Continuous monitoring of business activities to ensure compliance with company Policies, Processes,
    • Guidelines and Governance framework.
    • Interacting with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization’s internal controls.
    • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
    • Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
    • Advise Management on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.

    Risk Management.

    • Execute Internal audits, Compliance review & Risk management included in the annual ARCG plan.
    • Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
    • Develop, enhance, and apply procedures and approach to Internal audits,
    • Compliance review & Risk management execution in the business and seek to identify new potential gaps in the business.
    • Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, resolutions & updates to Business Management &Board Committees in respect of Internal audits, Compliance review & Risk management issues.
