    Devops Engineer

    Job Summary

    The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our software development and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure seamless and automated software releases.
    • Infrastructure Management: Build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
    • Cloud Services: Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Automation: Implement and manage automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
    • Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
    • Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software products.
    • Security: Implement and manage security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to deployment and infrastructure.

    Requirement:

    • Experience: 23 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
    • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

    Legal Officer

    Legal officer -you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our operations, with a particular focus on migration services. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and providing strategic legal advice to senior management. You will work closely with various departments to review contracts, draft legal documents, and implement policies that

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to migration services.
    • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to protect the company's interests and minimize legal exposure.
    • Provide legal advice and support to  management on strategic initiatives, business transactions, and corporate governance matters.
    • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote ethical practices.
    • Manage legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration if necessary.

    Requirement: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; advanced degree (LLM) preferred.
    • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Legal Officer in the fintech industry, particularly in areas related to migration services or related fields.
    • Proven experience in managing complex programs and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. 
    • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing migration services, financial transactions, and data privacy.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey legal advice clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
