    Product Manager

    About the job

    • Minimum of a first degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services sector with experience in traditional banking, with at least 4 years in a senior level role in a structured organization. Experience in microfinance bank is an added advantage
    • Lead the development and management of financial products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to develop and launch products.
    • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and specifications.

    Banking Operations Analyst

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in banking operations, financial analysis, or a similar role within the banking industry.
    • Monitor daily banking transactions for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies and issues.

    Finance Manager

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable University. ICAN certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services sector with experience in microfinance banks, with at least 4 years in a senior level role in a structured organization.
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's strategic goals and objectives. Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to ensure financial stability.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.
