    Banking Operations Analyst

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of a first degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in banking operations, financial analysis, or a similar role within the banking industry.
    • Monitor daily banking transactions for accuracy and compliance, resolving discrepancies and issues.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews.
    • Manage operational risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with various departments to support operational projects, system upgrades, and new product implementations.
