    Production Worker

    Location: Isolo, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Aid the manufacturing of goods in an assembly line feeding materials into machinery.
    • Monitor production process, assembling items, packaging items or storing items.
    • Performing quality checks, cleaning and maintaining production equipment.
    • Operate machinery for managing chemical treating activities such as crushing and mixing
    • Ensure that products are processed and prepared by following standards of cleanliness and hygiene
    • Perform preventative and general maintenance on production equipment
    • Perform duties on the packaging line by loading and adjusting items
    • Label packaged produced items appropriately
    • Price packaged and processed items according to standard protocols
    • Monitor quality and quantity of production items

    Basic Requirements

    • Minimum OND qualification
    • The ideal candidate must have some mechanical experience
    • Excellent communication skills, punctuality, teamwork, respect for others, cleanliness, flexibility, numeracy, safety and attention to details
    • High level of work ethic and organizational skills, responsible and loyal.
    • Candidates must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time
    • Must have minimum of 2 years prior experience in Production and Manufacturing company
    • Candidates must reside in Isolo, Lagos.

    Remuneration
    Basic Pay NGN 40,000 + NGN5,000 Incentive (Based on Performance)

    Production Supervisor

    Location: Isheri, Ogun

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    These include but are not limited to the following activities:

    • C-GMP to be followed in the production manufacturing area.
    • Equipment setting, operation & preventive maintenance. Maintain equipment cleanness.
    • Allocation of manpower at all works station.
    • To put all record and manufacturing area update & online documentation on a daily basis
    • Co-relation of daily production report of equipment, daily output analysis, and performance on monthly basis.
    • To train Operators, and contract manpower
    • Optimum utilization of equipment and control of various breakdown, hazardous waste at the manufacturing stage.
    • Shift wise Volume Delivery in Mio at the manufacturing stage.
    • To update ERP entries, FG reports & monthly closure in the ERP system,
    • To give BMR requisition to Q. A and completed BMR review before submission.
    • To Coordinate with other departments and handling of shift works in the manufacturing department.
    • To give the dispensing plan to the warehouse department.
    • Calibration of equipment / instrument as per the defined frequency
    • To maintain area cleanness and status labeling practices and all-time audit readiness.
    • All statutory compliances adhered to FDA, Internal, CQA, Regulatory, EHS, and Audits, etc.
    • Audit exposure – National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) & other regulatory agencies. Adhere to other compliance related to CQA, EHS, and internal.
    • Exposure of IPQC instruments calibration & verification.
    • Rejection monitoring and action plan, online rejection completion.
    • Co-ordinate to engagefor timely rectification of maintenance issues..
    • Change parts and spare management.
    • QMS activities- exposure of SOP writing, change control & deviation.
    • RM / PM availability check from warehouse & to give dispensing plan to warehouse

    Qualification, Experience, & Skills

    • Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharma (Essential)
    • Experience: 5-7 years,
    • Job Specific Skills: Computer Literacy, Aware of ERP system, Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
    • Languages Known: English, Nigeria local language
    • Age (desirable): Below 30-32 years

    Store Keeper

    Job Description

    • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the restaurant to the correct point of contact/storage area.
    • Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
    • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
    • Maintain clear and organised records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
    • Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.
    • Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock.
    • Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
    • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
    • Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Description

    • Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
    • Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
    • Ensure all food produced meets the restaurant operations quality standards.

    Basic Requirements

    • Minimum Bsc. in Food Science or Food Technology
    • Minimum 3 years in related field in the food business is required.
    • Must be knowledgeable in MS OFFICE applications
