    THE JOB

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the General Manager, managing their calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Prepare and arrange documents, reports, and presentations for the General Manager with precision and attention to detail.
    • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

    Assistant Weighbridge Operations Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Ensure that weighbridge resources are available, efficiently utilized, and adequately documented to support site logistics operations.

     THE JOB

    • Ensure that the weighbridges are in good working order and available for use.
    • Provides down time report and initiates intervention/escalation as necessary.
    • Maintain and keeps all electronic and physical records of the weighbridge for audit trail and reference purposes.
    • Manage the weighbridge Operation; weigh in and weigh out accuracy.

    Compliance Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Develop and manage an effective compliance control system that provides reasonable assurance that cost-effective mitigation controls are used to prevent and detect violations, non-compliance with corporate policies, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

     THE JOB

    • Lead the implementation and management of an effective compliance control system that provides timely and accurate information to stakeholders facilitating their compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with Legal Department and other compliance owners to understand applicable regulations and regulatory risks.
    • Monitor regulatory change, provide technical guidance to the business on relevant regulatory issues that impact our compliance program and assist where needed with implementation of regulatory developments.
    • Collaborate with internal Risk Management teams to identify steps necessary to mitigate regulatory risks and provide those recommendations to management.
    • Deliver compliance assurance reviews as part of the Compliance Monitoring Plan providing enhancement recommendations.
    • Monitor compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct.

    Compliance Officer - Internal

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    Responsible for the protection of FMN's reputation, assets, and long-term sustainability by implementing and fostering a strong culture of ethical and compliant business practices supporting the Compliance Manager.

     THE JOB

    • Create awareness of corporate compliance polices including Code of Conduct to employees and other stakeholders.
    • Administering compliance software and effect updates.
    • Conducting compliance risk assessment as input to audit plan.
    • Follow up with Human Resources Managers and obtain updates on the extent of employees’ undertaking attestation of compliance with Code of Conduct.
    • Monitor compliance database to ensure compliance with captured compliances.
    • Follow up with compliance champions on the level of compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain information on new laws /amendment of existing laws.
    • Conduct audit of corporate policies and procedures for compliance.
    • Carry out periodic audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory obligations.
    • Conduct festive season gift reviews and assist in administering withheld gifts.

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    To have good control and description of engineering spares for effective and replenishing procurement processes.

     THE JOB

    • Create clear, concise, and complete purchasing descriptions to uniquely describe each engineering consumable.
    • Generate standardized templates used in guiding new data entry.
    • The interface between stores and end users (engineers) for alternative spare parts selection.
    • Forecast spares are required for preventive maintenance.
    • Assist in generating a new descriptive template to guide the registration of new materials into the PILOG software.
    •  Assist in providing all necessary information on both old and new items for concise description into the PILOG software for further approval.
    • Submit all newly registered and pending description change materials to the cataloguer for approval.
    • Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of work
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
    • Understand the company’s food safety policy, its objective, and the benefits of an improved food safety management system.

    Assist in the daily warehouse operations to ensure good standard warehouse practices and operating procedures are well adhered including accurate inventory, safety and security of the stocks.
