    Project Research Associate

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate with a PhD degree and expertise in education research analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Research Design and Planning:

    • Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to expand knowledge and contribute to the professional growth of the organization.

    Ethics and Compliance:

    • Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and regulations.
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • PhD in Sciences, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Proven expertise in research design, statistical analysis, and education research methodologies.
    • Track record of publishing research in reputable international journals.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar).
