    Public Relations / Graphic Design Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, community, employees, and public interest groups.
    • Writing press releases and other media communications to promote clients.
    • Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
    • Coaching client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.
    • Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
    • Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
    • Updating and maintaining Web content.
    • Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related field
    • Candidate should be able to design Graphics
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to pitch to media.
    • Knowledge of consumer marketing.
    • An ability to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
    • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
    • Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
    • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
    • Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.
    • Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.
    • Project and budget management skills.
    • Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.

    Social Media / Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire a social media Wizkid who will be responsible for writing and editing copies across digital channels, videos, proposals, social networks, blogs, banners, and emails.
    • You must have a deep understanding and thoughtful application of digital content & communication strategy.
    • You need to be focused, energetic and proactive, with a strong focus on creating contents and marketing communications messaging.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Generate creative storytelling ideas and lead execution of these ideas
    • Ability to create copy that stands out from the crowd
    • Research plan and write content on deadline
    • Create engaging blog and social media content
    • Assist in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts
    • Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
    • Manage the MD's Diary and Itinerary
    • Take dictation and type, including other office duties.
    • Travel with the MD at short notice if and when necessary.
    • Represent the MD at functions or meetings as may be needed from time to time.
    • Handle the MD's correspondences, emails, letters and other related correspondences.
    • Liaise with sub-contractors of different projects on behalf of the MD.
    • Liaise with the Executive Directors as may be required.
    • Work with other members of staff on different projects as may be required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • At least 3 years of work experience.
    • Familiarity with SEO - driven keyword research
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Experience in content creation, copywriting, editing, marketing, public relations, or similar advertising position(s)
    • An understanding of current Digital Marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
    • In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google+

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
