    Retail Sales Manager

    Description 

    • As the Sales Manager for our luxury home essential store, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, training staff, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury brand.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Lead by example in driving personal and team sales performance.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
    • Ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience consistent with our luxury brand.
    • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
    • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s luxury appeal.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track customer preferences and tailor marketing efforts.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.
    • Utilize sales data to forecast trends and set realistic sales goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury retail store
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Creative Personal Assistant

    Job Summary

    • Our client needs a personal creative assistant as a support staff in all aspects of personal and professional life.
    • The ideal candidate is a proactive, problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail who can work independently with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as a first point of contact as you deal with emails by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for my attention.
    • Manage the calendar and organise meetings and appointments where necessary.
    • Organize events, courses/workshops.
    • Prompt/remind her of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Compile and prepare reports where necessary.
    • Implement and maintain existing procedures and administration.
    • Run errands as requested, and assist with shopping, travel bookings& reservations.
    • Assist in liaising with vendors where necessary

    • Ensuring personal and corporate life runs smoothly, including reservations and errands
    • Miscellaneous tasks to support her, which will vary according to the role she is executing.

    Requirements

    • Minimum requirement of a B.Sc. Degree
    • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to skilfully juggle multiple tasks.
    • Flexibility and resourcefulness
    • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
    • Good knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • You love lifestyle, food and the creative industry in general, incredibly organised, and always on the move. You are not currently attending school or doing NYSC, you live in Lagos, on the island, or close to the island, and you have superb fluency in English.
    • Eager to learn new things and tackle new projects and ideas.
