    Sales Administrator

    Job Title: Sales Administrator
    Location: Lagos Mainland
    Job Type: Full Time

    We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
    Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process orders via email or phone
    • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
    • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
    • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
    • Maintain and update sales and customer records
    • Develop monthly sales reports
    • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

    We are looking for a qualified Furniture Designers who'll be responsible for designing and creating different types of furniture from a basic concept or idea

    Responsibilities:

    • Generating sample designs using computer-aided design (CAD), card models, sketches or hard prototypes.
    • Using software packages such as Autocad, Inventor, Solidworks and Photoshop
    • Discussing designs with clients for custom ordering or with manufacturers
    • Preparing detailed final designs
    • Keeping informed about design trends and developments
    • Studying, researching and planning various styles of furniture design
    • Evaluating issues such as pricing and fixing costs, fashion, purchasing, safety, materials and manufacturing methods and techniques
    • Using various tools to complete projects from raw materials to finished furniture items.
    • Selecting suitable materials, which might include wood, metal, plastic and textiles
    • Liaising with craftsmen or production department staff, such as production managers, marketing staff and design engineers, about the process of construction or manufacture

    Senior Credit Control Manager

    Job Title: SENIOR CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER

    Industry: FMCG

    Job descriptions

    • Analysis the customers’ history and advice the company on how to approve its credit limit
    • Check all customers credit documents are proper and do proper documentation
    • Check the receivables and advice immediately to us to approve any credit sales (daily we are having 300 invoices approx..)
    • Advice on debts recovery procedures
    • Strong knowledge of EFCC or any laws related to receivables
    • Speak and draft letters on behalf of the company
    • Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and ERP or accounting package
    • Generate reports independently and work in Excel in a professional manner
    • Also able to do Other work related to accounts
    • Set SOPs in a place where needed (like in Invoicing, Receivables, documentation, AR)

    Requirements

    • Experience From banking or any big retail experience and educated person
    • Not more than 30 - 38years
    • HND/BSC in accounting
    • ICAN Certified
    • Minimum 6 years experience as a credit controller /receivable manager.
