INTRODUCTION:
Sunfit International Limited is a leading hospitality company located in Amuwo Odofin, Festac. We are seeking experienced and dedicated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in driving our service standards.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB ROLE:
Responsible for actively pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining relationships with current clients as well as building and maintaining relationships with new clients.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Conducting market research to generate leads, identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Negotiating/closing deals and handle objections
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Developing sales strategies to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services as required.
• Managing the sales process through the ERP software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
• Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Provide weekly and monthly reports

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing or related fields
• Previous experience as a Sales/Marketing Executive in similar industry is an added advantage
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service, phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A high level of attention to details

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB ROLE:
Responsible for providing professional therapies such as massage and beauty treatments to our clients.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Performing different types of massages, body treatments, facials and hair removals.
• Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest.
• Communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required.
• Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor.
• Changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
• Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
• Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor.
• Inquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services.
• Suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services (Up-sell when appropriate)
• Adhering to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Diploma in Cosmetology, Aesthetics or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
• Hands-on experience with massages, waxing, facials, body scrub e.t.c
• Good team player and time-management skills
• Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• A high level of attention to details
