    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Job Description

    • The primary responsibility of this role is to sales and promote our services to prospective clients.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for customer engagement and relationship building.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target demographics.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
    • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for online and offline channels.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
    • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other relevant forums.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Knowledge of immigration and visa processes (preferred but not required).

    Assistant Business Manager

    Job Description

    • We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office Business Manager to join our team.
    • The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Office Business Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative processes.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Office Business Manager in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
    • You must have people management experience.
    • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.
    • Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize operational efficiency.
