    Sales Manager (Fixed Line) 

    Our client, an Internet Service Provider (ISP)  with branches all over the nation, is recruiting to fill the position below:

     Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Work With Director of Sales on Marketing Plan 
    • Conduct Sales Meetings With Clients
    •  Developing sales pitches and materials using self-conducted market analysis 
    • Cold Calling in designated coverage cluster 
    • Generate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for Sales 
    •  Develop, build, and manage a client base 
    • Handle the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up 

     Requirements 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
    • Proven experience in telecom/ISP/
    • Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position 
    • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred 
    • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
    • Proficient in MS Excel/Word, PPT 
    • Senior person with over 5years experience from IPNX or ISN, Telecom/ISP industry will be added advantage.

    Tool Room & Mold Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    • Our client needs an individual who is going to see that products produced during shifts, meets required standard and quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and repair molds, tools and automation to support production requirements.
    • Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on tools used for production
    • Work as part of a team having responsibility for identifying and correcting conditions that affect employee safety.
    • Builds, maintains, and troubleshoots dies, molds, fixtures, and automation.
    • Increases customer satisfaction (internal and external) by anticipating in.
    • identifying customer needs, surveying customer satisfaction, involving customers in continuous process improvements, etc.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in Engineering or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in the same role.
    • Possesses a detailed and methodical approach to work.
    • Effective Communication.
    • Quality-oriented with an ability to work at a moderate pace.
    • Knowledge of injection and insert molds.

    Mechanical Technician

    Job Details

    • Our client needs an individual who is going to see that products produced during shifts, meet the required standard and quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
    • Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
    • Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.
    • Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
    • Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
    • Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Technology (MIT), or similar field.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a mechanical technician in the plastic industry.
    • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Willingness to perform mechanical maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.

    Electrical Technician

    Job Description

    • Our client needs an individual who is going to see that products produced during shifts, meets required standard and quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
    • Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Supervising electricians.
    • Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc, (Electrical, Technical, or related degree).
    • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a plastic industry.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Experience operating SACMI MACHINE and able to carry out fault-testing on the equipment.
