    Senior Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department and understanding the customer’s needs and pitching the company’s products as suitable solutions.
    • Observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product upsell, and cross sell otherProducts. Relay information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives.

    Responsiblities

    • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets for assigned business line
    • Develop and expand sales pipes and revenue
    • Work in collaboration with service management team to ensure existing managed services are scaled
    • Establish guiding principles for managing performance, establish and prioritize critical performance measures for all sales activities
    • Provide leadership to the sales/business development team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behaviour
    • Communicate status, plans and campaigns regarding all aspects of sales and Business Development, and ensure up to date weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and opportunity report
    • Produce weekly and monthly sales engagement plan, outlining both ongoing and proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status, and revenue forecast
    • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic report to management and colleague providing key business insights.

    Requirements

    • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciple preferred.
    • Demonstrate track record of sales achievement in value-based selling roles
    • At least, 10 years’ experience as sales personnel in the IT/Tech space (Compulsory).
    • Experience in complex software consultative sales
    • Ability to articulate and deliver solutions-based selling techniques
    • Demonstrate track record of sales achievements in value-based selling roles.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Manager will pitch the company’s IT/Tech products as suitable solutions to prospective clients.
    • They will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product upsell, and cross-sell other Products.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and plan actions to commercialize new products/services to penetrate new customers in order to stimulate sales.
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify and cultivate prospective customers.
    • Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, technology, process, and partnerships.
    • Discuss software needs with clients to determine the most suitable products.
    • Advise clients on technical matters regarding their software options.
    • Produce weekly and monthly sales engagement plans, outlining both ongoing and proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status, and revenue forecast.
    • Develop and expand sales channels and revenue.
    • Develop relationships with Executives and key decision-makers of targeted companies
    • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure client’s challenges and escalations are resolved in a timely manner
    • Through reporting and analytics, validate the quality of the lead and the pipeline data
    • and provide guidance to improve the overall data quality
    • Grow initiatives with existing platform partners.

    Key Requirements

    • A degree in Marketing or a similar qualification.
    • At least, 5 years’ experience as sales personnel in the IT/Tech space (Compulsory).
    • Experience in complex software consultative sales
    • Ability to articulate and deliver solutions-based selling techniques
    • Demonstrate track record of sales achievements in value-based selling roles
