    Senior Credit Control Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Oversee the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers. Ensure customers pay on time and follow up any overdue invoices through sending letters, personal visits, phone calls, emails or other medium

    Requirements:

    • Check customer's credit and debt situation and decide existing client’s credit worthiness status.
    • Promptly send and follow up invoices to clients for payment
    • Check dummy account for payment from key clients.
    • Prompt allocation of payments to invoices in ERP system
    • Check system invoices against Purchase Order.
    • Maintain and implement the company’s credit policies and procedures.
    • Prompt collection of debt within the agreed credit period.
    • Ensure monthly deadlines are met as required.
    • Ensure customers pay on time and follow up any overdue invoices through sending letters, personal visits, phone calls, emails or other medium.
    • Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow and maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
    • Reduce bad debt with the aim to reduce it to the lowest minimum.
    • Reconcile Yearly Service Agreement and Renewal of Yearly Service Agreement trade debtors’ maintenance accounts.
    • Ensure balance payment on Yearly Service Agreement and Renewal of Yearly Service Agreement are received as and when due.
    • Undertake client accounts’ reconciliations as required.
    • Respond promptly and completely to both clients and internal enquiries and ensure clients pay on time and negotiate re-payment plans after getting the approval from National Credit Controller
    • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and procedures.
    • Prompt Identification and correction of errors or mistakes on any client’s account.
    • Prepare weekly reports on Budgeted collection.
    • Provide ad-hoc trade debtor positions reporting as and when requested by Supervisor/National Credit Controller
    • Liaise with Sales Managers on issues affecting their Accounts.
    • Verify invoices from stores and prepare pro-formal invoices for clients to suit LPO/Award Letter.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent.
    • Min 1-3 for Officer level and 4-7 years of experience for Sr. Officer Level.
    • Relevant experience in credit and collections is a must.

    REMUNERATION: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 Monthly Gross

    Real Estate Associate

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Actively pursue business opportunities, maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, and expand client base.
    • Follow-up on new clients to increase the company’s client database.
    • Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections.
    • Develop innovative ideas to boost sales.
    • Coordinate closing of deals and signing of document schedule.
    • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with clients on an ongoing basis.
    • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Understand the specifications for all properties and communicate them effectively.
    • Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
    • Negotiates contracts and packages.
    • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as lease agreements, Letter of offer, rental breakdown, and contracts.
    • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
    • Facilitate arrangements to give prospective tenants a view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
    • Conduct the inspection of properties to ensure the terms and conditions of lease/sales are met before closing deals.
    • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the property market.
    • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a deal.
    • Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
    • Keep detailed records of tenants leasing the properties
    • Follow up rent renewal, collection of rent when due and sending out reminders for payment of rents and service charge.
    • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns.
    • Carry out pre-tenancy works, property inspections, pro-active and re-active reports for property portfolio.
    • Attend to items marked on check out report and send dilapidation claim to Project Manager.
    • Send agreed dilapidations in schedule to tenant; carry out negotiations between both Management & tenant.
    • Print off daily/weekly error and warning reports for funds, and work orders.
    • Response to clients’ verbal enquiries and report instructions in a timely manner.
    • Complete leasing and sales transactions efficiently and professionally.
    • Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner, including submitting listings and providing market advice.
    • Update and increase database contacts and input related information of properties and tenants onto the client contacts management system.
    • Perform other functions that may be assigned by management.

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Degree or Masters in Business, Estate management, Facilities management, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in property lease, sales, and management.
    • Relevant professional qualifications.
    • Holder of Estate Agent’s license will be an added advantage.
    • Good command of both written and spoken English.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience in consultancy and valuation work would be an advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, client networking, and presentation skills.
    • Good people management skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Responsible, lots of initiative, mature, and self-motivated with excellent service attitude

    Elevator Sales Engineer

    SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Elevator Sales professional who will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leads generation and market coverage.
    • Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.
    • Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
    • Implement sales strategy as set by the GM of elevators and escalators.
    • Manage the relationship with the allocated customer base and satisfy their requirements.

    • Develop service awareness in the marketplace to ensure sustained profit growth of sales in the company.
    • Develop an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
    • Negotiate with stakeholders and conclude contracts.

    REQUIREMENT:   

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Business management, or its equivalent in relevant courses.
    • 4 – 7 years’ experience in elevator sales, electrical, construction or project sales.
    • Must possess very good business data analytic skills.

    RENUMERATION:  N200,000 – N350,000 (Monthly gross)
