    Senior HR Advisor

    Purpose of Job 

    • Manage the Strategic, Administrative and Operational responsibilities of regular full-time employees ensuring that the company’s policies and principles are compiled with by all employees.

    Functionally reports to: Employee Experience Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Support the Employee Experience Manager (EEM) to deliver on the people agenda
    • Ensure that all HR service delivery is brilliantly executed/implemented via resourcing advisory, learning and development, performance management, rewards, HR data and analytics, employee engagement and compliance/ethics
    • Strong focus and support for the performance management and employee engagement function
    • Help to design, align, get approved and implement robust and efficient culture survey and employee feedback mechanisms, to regularly and proactively monitor the climate of the organization and the engagement of our workforce; to drive continuous improvement in Net Promoter Score and consistent reduction of talent turnover
    • Following up on ensuring all jobs are professionally evaluated and graded
    • Assist in tracking their deliverables/projects via organizational structure updates, tracking confirmation of new employees, updating, and reporting the project tracker etc
    • Provide advisory on recent HR trends and ways of working whilst working with EEM to implement those initiatives
    • Drive reporting with data to provide Management with insights to drive decision making on all employee related services
    • Manage budget, ensuring headcount and cost are within approved figures
    • Work with various departments, assisting line managers to design and implement policies and procedures on employee matters

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any related field of study
    • 5+ years of relevant experience within a similar responsibility
    • Strong experience in the performance management and employee engagement functions
    • Possess strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
    • Strong advisory and research skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and issues from the Business Unit
    • Strong people and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Membership of CIPM or other recognized HR institute would be a plus

    Regional Key Accounts Manager (On Trade)

    Purpose of Job 

    • The Regional Key Account Manager (On Trade) is responsible for executing a comprehensive selling strategy in assigned accounts to drive sales growth and achieve volume and marketing objectives. The role would also be responsible for growing and expanding GOL Prime's footprint across on-trade channels to deliver appropriate consumer and customer experience whilst growing GOL Prime brands in volume and value.
    • This position involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing customer agreements and contracts, and ensuring that customer expectations are met. Additionally, the Key Account Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on account strategies, customer needs, and overall business objectives.

    Functionally reports to: National Key Account Manager

    Administratively reports to: Director Prime SBU

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage relationships with various stakeholders (retailers, distributors, suppliers, and marketing agencies) to ensure the efficient distribution of products, increase sales and revenue, and improve brand recognition and reputation
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Negotiating contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
    • Coordinating with internal teams such as trade marketing, production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts
    • Monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions to ensure targets are achieved
    • Maintain appropriate inventory levels, maintain company assets and points of sale, ensure account meets Company merchandising standards, determine store product needs, place and transmit appropriate orders in conjunction with existing geographic sales routes in connection with conducting sales calls
    • Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services and build relationships with key stakeholders

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 6 years of Sales and Key Account experience in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries
    • MBA in Sales and Marketing would be a plus
    • Proven and strong Brand, Commercial and Trade marketing experience
    • Team leader with the ability to build strong relationships and drive success
    • High level of personal organization and attention to detail
    • Passion for developing brands and ability to influence stakeholders with confidence
    • Willingness to travel or be on the field up to 50% of working hours
    • Analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (Nielsen, IRI/IWSR)
    • Proficiency in English and additional language (Yoruba, Igbo and/or Hausa) is an advantage.
