    Social Media Executive

    Purpose of Job

    • The objective or purpose of a social media executive job is to develop and execute the company's social media strategy, with the goal of building and maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with customers and potential customers, and driving traffic and conversions.
    • The social media executive will work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, monitoring, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and analyzing and reporting on social media metrics.
    • The goal of the social media executive is to help the company effectively use social media marketing to drive business growth and achieve its marketing and sales objectives.

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
    • Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
    • Work with the marketing team to identify target audiences and create targeted content
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand presence across all social media channels
    • Set specific objectives and report on ROI weekly and monthly
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily

    Education / Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
    • At least two years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
    • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
    • Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
    • Knowledge of the financial industry (preferred but not required)
    • Experience with social media advertising
    • Graphic design skills
    • Video editing skills
    • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
    • Customer service experience.

    Field Sales Supervisor

    The field sales supervisor will:

    • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up-to-date route plans.
    • Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight to ten to ensure the correct service levels and distribution.
    • Ensure that all routes under his supervision have the correct quantity and mix of saleable products to service their outlets daily as per the plan.
    • Review daily the service levels, sales volume, and wastage performance by route with each FSE in the team.
    • Ensure that Field Sales Executive under his control reconciles their stocks and cash deposit daily.
    • Other related assignments.

    Requirements and qualifications

    • HND or BSc in Marketing or Business-related field.
    • Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.
    • Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols
    • Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships
    • Cautiously optimistic, personable and resolute.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales.
    • Excellent understanding of merchandising.
    • Great leadership skills with the ability to organize teams.

    Performance Management Instrumentalist

    As a Performance Measurement Instrumentation Analyst, the staff will be responsible for developing performance measurement/instrumentation frameworks, compilation of monthly/quarterly/annual performance measurement reports while using the gathered data to develop actionable insights that will help identify and mitigate operational risks, as well as improve existing and implement new, more efficient and improved measurement plans.

    DUTIES

    • Monitor and evaluate performance on a departmental, Divisional and Company level.
    • Getting acquainted with our KPIs and documenting & monitoring newly established ones as needed
    • Comparing results of your analyses to company and departmental goals
    • Submitting well documented performance Reports that cut across all Divisions/Departments Quarterly and annually for review
    • Developing a Manual for Company- wide Operational Processes, Key Performance Metrics & Service Level Agreement

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, or a related field
    • Expert knowledge of document processing software (Google, Microsoft or Mac office suites), CRM software (such as Oracle NetSuite, and HubSpot CRM), and SQL
    • Solid communication and project management skill
