    Social Media Manager

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Create and curate compelling content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content and engagement strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of different platforms and their respective audiences.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative thinking and design skills for content creation.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.

    Digital Marketing Lead

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels.
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display, social media ads) to meet ROI targets.
    • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to optimize website performance and user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital initiatives into overall marketing plans.
