    Strategy Business Consultant

    Responsibilities

    • Meet with clients to discuss business goals and objectives.
    • Conduct market research and studying market trends.
    • Collaborate with partners across functions including strategy, finance, analytics, marketing, digital, product management, and technology.
    • Prepare briefings, talking points, and business plans in support of industry engagement.
    • Develop and manage project plans, status reports, management, and committee updates.
    • Coordinate and serve as project manager across strategic initiatives.
    • Develop trust-based relationships with clients and manage client expectations.
    • Use both quantitative and qualitative insights to support your recommendation.
    • Present recommendations for highly complex sales opportunities and solutions when leading project teams.
    • Work with cross functional teams to ensure partner implementations are on track and delivering against plan.
    • Develop strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth.
    • Oversee the implementation of updated business strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management or similar.
    • Experience in a consulting environment as a consultant.
    • 5+ years experience as a strategy consultant.
    • Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behavior.
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Sound knowledge of financial analysis.

    Recruitment Analyst

    Job Summary

    • Our client is sourcing for a focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
    • The technical recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.
    • To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, technical skills, and the recruitment process.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
    • Write job descriptions and post them on relevant media platforms.
    • Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements.
    • Arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
    • In charge of filing company’s documents
    • Perform background and reference checks.
    • Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
    • Offer job positions and complete the relevant paperwork.
    • Keep track of all applicants and keep applicants informed on the application process.
    • Forecast recruitment budgets.

    Job Qualifications

    • A Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 2.1 in Computer science or any engineering-related field.
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • 4-5 years work experience.
