    Team Lead, Data Analytics

    Job overview:

    • Responsible for turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions

    Key responsibilities:

    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
    • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
    • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
    • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Head, Data Analytics

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's and/or advanced degree with a concentration in Data Analytics; Finance; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Statistics/Mathematics
    • 6-8 years working experience as a data scientist or business data analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.

    Team Lead, Data Science

    Job overview:

    • Provides balanced analytical research by turning raw data into valuable insights that help to drive the Bank’s actions and strategies.
    • Interprets and analyses data from multiple sources to come up with imaginative solutions to problems.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop programming in R, SAS, SQL or similar analytical development tools
    • Maintain knowledge in statistics, mathematics and/or comparable quantitative area of expertise
    • Responsible for collaborating with analysts to facilitate the development and application of advanced analytic strategies and tactics
    • Ascertain and apply strategies to identified business problems and existing organizational processes to provide leaders with insightful resources for decision making and to increase sales, profit, market share, and achieve enterprise goals

    Team Lead, Data Engineering

    Job overview:

    • Responsible for constructing and maintaining architecture

    Key responsibilities:

    • Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
    • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
    • Develop, construct, test and maintain architectures (such as database and large-scale processing systems)
