    Technical Coordinator (Engineering)

    Job Description

    • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the engineers on site.
    • Prepare a daily report for the customer using the provided template.
    • Process spare parts requests between customer and company.
    • Keep an updated inventory of tools and working machines
    • Keep daily attendance of the engineers on site
    • Assist in mechanical works when necessary.
    • Keep record of invoices of all purchase.
    • Ensure Engineers are well dressed and maintain professionalism at all times.
    • The Technical Coordinator is the link between customer and company. He will communicate directly with the customer and revert to the company.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bc in Mechanical Engineer or related field.
    • University Degree or any other certification.
    • 2 - 5 years experience
    • Background and knowledge is mechanical engineering (any of trucks, cars, tractors and heavy machinery)
    • May need to travel to Abuja monthly or as necessary.
    • Travel expenses will be covered by company.
    • Must be computer literate (Basic excel, word and email writing)
    • Good writing and speaking skills
    • Very good technical coordination and communication skill.
    • Well behaved and positive attitude to work.
    • Must be well dressed, able to speak and write well.

    Salary
    N120,000 monthly.

    Web and IT Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Set up and maintenance of existing Webinar – based E-Learning Platform
    • Co-ordinating and managing visual discussion platform for all meetings and conferences with all its members
    • Handle all matters relating to IT needs of the organization.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Computer Science.
    • Must have at least 2 years work experience in website design, hosting, maintenance and updating, management of database, programming, among others.
    • Must have knowledge in computer applications both software and hardware
    • Applicants must be extraordinary versatile in setting up and maintenance of existing Webinar – based E-Learning Platform, co-ordinating and managing visual discussion platform for all meetings and conferences with all its clients, must be knowledgeable in relationship interface with Google, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Must be willing to work on Saturdays.

    Remuneration
    N120,000 Monthly.

    HR Assistant

    Job Description

    • Handle recruitment services
    • Conduct interview, shortlist and prepare candidates
    • Liaise with clients to understand their HR needs
    • Handle training requests and create learning materials
    • Follow through with all vital documentation of employees
    • Handle meetings and representations on behalf of lead HR
    • Handle online and physical trainings
    • Create training videos materials and slides
    • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

    Requirements and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or related field.
    • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
    • Must have a computer system
    • Must be able to efficiently work remotely and independently
    • Experience with an HRIS or HRMS and basic knowledge of labor laws is an added advantage.
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong communications skills.

    Corporate Lawyer (HR)

    Job Description

    • Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
    • Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
    • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
    • Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
    • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
    • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
    • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
    • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
    • Explain the law and give legal advice.
    • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for natural and juristic persons.
    • Conduct legal research and gather evidence.

    Requirements

    • LLB - University Degree in Law
    • B.L - Law School Certificate.
    • Minimum of 3 years at the bar, or as a corporate lawyer
    • Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
    • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
    • Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of HR and Labour Laws.
