    Technical Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of our products (Pumps, Valves and Spare Parts).
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales target for each KSB market area.
    • Manage the sales team by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating professional work processes in order to achieve set sales targets.
    • Implement comprehensive product and sales training for KSB Agents and Dealers.
    • Manage the current database to retain existing customers.
    • Collaborate with the internal sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive market share growth.

    Education and Other Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
    • COREN certification is a MUST
    • 7-10 years of work experience with minimum 5 years in sales of pumps
    • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent team player
    • Ideal candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel.

    Quality Assurance / Control Manager

    Responsibilities

    • To carry out monitoring and measurement of Quality Management System processes
    • To continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost-effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
    • To review products QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation meets products specification.
    • To review and approve quality control documentation to ensure planned activities meet products requirements. Resource Management
    • To co-ordinate and control the day-to-day operations of quality control personnel, so as to provide an efficient working environment,

    • To monitor and report quality control progress, notifying any predicted shortfall or discrepancies against timescale and budgets

    Qualifications

    • HND, B.Sc. Degree in relevant field Experience,
    • Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
    • EXPERIENCE: More than 5 Years experience (from Food Manufacturing industry)

    Quality Assurance Officer

    Job Description

    • Responsible for quality assurance functions and processes.
    • To carry out monitoring and measurement of Quality Management System processes and to ensure that product which does not conform to the product requirements is identified and controlled to prevent unintended use or delivery.
    • Ability to carry out calibration and data analysis when required.
    • Carry out online check of processes and in-coming raw material testing.
    • Liaising with the production department.
    • Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality. i.e Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges etc.
    • Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
    • Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
    • Proposing improvements to the production process.
    • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
    • Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
    • Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
    • Accept or reject finished items.
    • Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
    • Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

    Qualifications

    • OND, HND and B.Sc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or other relevant Discipline are encouraged to apply.
    • Experience: 0 – 1 Year, OND, HND, BSC are encouraged to apply.

    Field Sales / Service Engineer (Valve & Actuation)

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Work to achieve Company sales goals (for Valve & spare parts, sales and repair) by focusing on the management of existing customers, development of new opportunities, furthering strategic markets, and developing strong and rewarding customer relationships.
    • Conduct design, performance evaluation, monitoring and troubleshooting of valves issues.
    • Support in repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, Control Valves, etc.
    • Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves at
    • Company facility and client locations.
    • Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.

    Logistics Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a competent Logistics Officer to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.
    • You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
    • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
