    Ticketing / Agency Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is currently in need of a Senior Ticketing Manager to lead the Ticketing team.

    Responsibilities 

    He / she would be responsible for:

    • Providing guidance and direction to ticketing team on flight reservations and issuance of tickets on Amadeus GDS; Reissue and Revalidation of tickets, issuance of EMD’s, Refund applications, Generation of travel insurance on BSP link and other related ticket issues.
    • Advising clients on flight itineraries, air ticketing, hotel accommodation, land transfer and other travel-related issues.
    • Liaising with airlines and approved agents to check all communications, negotiations and procurement requirements when required.
    • Providing assistance clients with airport check-in points, embassy appointments, online check-in, seat allocation, boarding pass issuance etc. and attending to corporate clients' enquiries.
    • Negotiating pricing and commissions with external stakeholders and partner travel companies.
    • Managing correspondence to airlines, private and corporate clients and respond to mail correspondence.
    • Handling complex customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Training and monitoring tickets to ensure high performance towards customer satisfaction, meeting of targets and increase in sales.
    • Creating work schedule and timetables and allocating jobs.
    • Managing accounts and meeting or exceeding targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
    • Identifying incremental sales opportunities within a portfolio of customers.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization.
    • Ensure client retention by exceeding client expectations with every interaction.
    • Ensuring all client account information is up to date.
    • Ensuring effective and efficient debt recovery from clients.

    Key Skills Needed

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
    • 7+ years' experience and proficiency in the use of Amadeus GDS.
    • Previous leadership experience in ticketing.
    • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Results-oriented with regard to quality and productivity goals.
    • Availability to work flexible hours as determined by business needs.
    • IATA certification (desirable).

    Experience:

    • Amadeus: 5 years (Required)

    Senior Legal Associate (Litigation)

    Job Description

    • Our client is currently in need of a Senior Legal Associate with extensive litigation experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversight responsibility in handling of related litigation matters for the firm.
    • Ensuring client relationships are effectively managed.
    • Overseeing compliance in respect of statutory filings of clients matters.
    • General corporate and commercial law practice.
    • Preparation and vetting of court processes.
    • Management of court cases.
    • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing legal agreements and other documentation for the firm.
    • Conducting legal due diligence on counter-party to transactions involving the firm.
    • Researching legal issues relating to transactions.
    • Providing legal opinions on issues that may arise in connection with the transactions.
    • Providing general legal advice on transactions

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum of Second Class Upper Division from a recognized university and Nigeria Law School.
    • Minimum of 7 years post call experience (with a good grasp of litigation).
    • Articulate and creative.
    • Self motivated
    • Strong desire for research.
    • Ability to see through objections and provide plausible counter arguments
    • Team player and leader.
    • Ability to take ownership of the role and work with minimum supervision.
    • Must be keen to innovate and be successful at formulating and implementing strategies and plans.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Ability to keep confidentiality in respect of all matters handled.

    Experience:

    • Legal: 8 years (Required)
