    Truck Mechanic

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining trucks and other vehicles by checking things such as batteries, oil, lubrication, nuts and bolts, and other items.
    • Inspecting trucks on a routine or on-demand basis to address concerns of the owner. This can mean looking at one or multiple areas of the vehicle, such as the braking system, steering mechanism, engine, etc.
    • Understanding the purposes of different tools and how to effectively use them. These include welding equipment, pneumatic wrenches, and jacks.
    • Ability to diagnose defective equipment through visual and auditory inspections and confirm this with devices such as motor analyzers.
    • Replacing any parts on a vehicle that have become defective.
    • Measuring vehicle emissions and making corrections to get them within legal limits.
    • Perform routine maintenance on trucks, such as checking batteries and changing oil to ensure proper vehicle running.
    • Inspect various parts of trucks, including brake systems, wheel bearings and steering mechanisms to ensure they are in the proper condition to operate effectively.
    • Use different tools and equipment, such as pressure gauges, pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, screwdrivers, hoists and jacks, to repair trucks while constantly utilizing safety precautions.
    • Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devices such as motor analyzers, handheld computers and chassis charts to determine how to address problems.
    • Test drive vehicles to ensure they are running properly and to find issues to determine what the solution will be.
    • Replace parts, valves, bearings and gears as needed and repair vehicle cooling and heating systems.
    • Measure vehicle emissions to ensure they are within the proper limits.
    • Ensure parts conform to factory specifications by inspecting and verifying clearances and dimensions.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and parts regularly.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must have completed standard mechanic certification program.
    • 6-10 years of experience working as a mechanic is required.
    • Good physical strength, grip strength, dexterity, flexibility and endurance.
    • Critical thinking, analysis and evaluation abilities.
    • Technical certification or degree.
    • Experience working with diagnostic computers.
    • Previous experience as a diesel mechanic.

    Inventory Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Inventory Accountant who will coordinate inventory reporting of receipt and consumption activities, review journal entries during month-end closing and assist with establishing internal controls.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate inventory reporting of receipt and consumption activities
    • Provide assistance with forecasts and budget details as needed
    • Carryout posting of invoices on the system and processing waybills for customers
    • Inventory valuations and inventory reserve calculations
    • Assist with establishing internal controls
    • Review account analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
    • Review journal entries during month-end closing
    • Reconcile monthly cycle counts and semi-annual physical counts to the perpetual inventory ledger.

    • Outstanding knowledge of various competitors in UPS & Solar.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.

    Field Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Field engineer who will Carry out suitable and sufficient risk assessments in line with company procedures before work is undertaken, and assist in the testing of antenna systems for fault finding and subsequent rectification.

    Responsibilities

    • Climbing and working safely at heights, including up to 100 meters.
    • Conducting installations of radios, antenna systems, fiber optic, and data cables.
    • Performing risk assessments prior to work.
    • Testing antenna systems and conducting visual inspections.
    • Assisting in cable repairs and installation tasks.
    • Assisting in the preparation of site reports and inputting data into the company database.
    • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work away from home occasionally.
